Tried few different departments over past years and generally the treatment was always correct. The waiting time could be shorter, cafeteria and parking could be cheaper, but at least they have all these facilities, even a small playground for kids. You can get appointment and your results online, what saves you time. Many people work here, majority was always friendly and helpful. Parking cannot be paid by credit card, but still a place to recommend. Many translators available those not speaking Spanish.
i had a very unpleasant experience with the member of staff Silvia Clar who attended me at the reception with despise and prejudice. when i mentioned it to her, she said it was because i am foreigner and she could not understand me with the mask. i wonder if it is not because i am Asian too. next time i will look for another clinic.
I rang the hospital to seek advice before just turning up. The woman answered saying nothing, I politely greeted her and asked if she spoke English she replied no and hung up. Didn t offer to pass the call to someone else or try to understand my concerns
Came here for a Covid Antigen Test for travel purposes for 30 . After spending hours looking for a reliable review. Was very reluctant to use this clinic from previous reviews but for a Covid testing centre specific for travel I had no troubles. In fact, waited no more than 15 minutes for my results which were printed and accepted by the airline and my destination of travel. For travellers looking for a quick, convenient and friendly service this place comes highly recommended.
No Stars, left in isolation in pain with a very high temp 39.8. No care from staff at all, I had to do all my own vitals, no interpreter available, I asked for 24 hrs No Dr available to examine me. Phone in room didn't work. Nurses didn't speak a word of English. Discharged after 24hrs feeling worse than I went into hospital. Couldn't risk staying in as I would have died, SEPSIS. Rushed back to London where I was admitted as an URGENT case for an abdominal abscess, dehydration, high temperature 38.8 and heavy weight antibiotics intravenously. Operated on 6 hours after leaving the hospital in Majorca.I had full care in London a further operation 48 hrs after leaving Majorca and let home after six days in the London Clinic.
I have never been more distressed in a hospital in my life. Im a terminal cancer patient and needed proper medical care and reassurance. Get home to be treated. I have repeatedly contacted the hospital for an apology and return of my payment. Im taking legal advice, no one should have to suffer like I did. food terrible and my shower room like a cleaners cupboard full of bleach mops and buckets. My stay was like being in prison, but worse as I felt so ill and was ignored. Stay away.
Avoid, seem more interested in keeping you in hospital to earn money than to get you better. Distressing
Chobby receptionist with glasses was pretty rude and unfriendly also a male doctor who attended me gave me wrong prognosis.
Very well situated near Palma entrance from highway. Very friendly and professional staff assist with queries. Parking can be expensive so plan your visits in advance by enquiry via email or phone.
