This is a nice brewery. The staff was friendly, it wasnt a bad wait at all even though we didn't make a reservation. The seating areas are good, but I think the patio is even better. They've got a great selection of beers for everyone. We got some of the pretzels, and they were actually better than I was expecting. Castle Danger Brewery is a great spot to hang out, have a couple beers, and just chill. Would go again.
A wonderfully airy space with a great patio for stopping at in the summer. They allowed the doggo on the patio too and did not mind me bringing her in briefly while I ordered. They usually have a few specialty options, and Ode/Grapefruit Ode and 17-7 are great standbys. Hoping for them that they can get their growlers back soon too. The mix pack is reliable at the liquor stores and a nice summer choice if you still want hops. Their Mosaic IPA fresh hop beer in the fall is one of my absolute favorites.
A lot of good beers here. Very friendly staff. The place itself is very nice with a lot of great seating. Currently you can make a reservation to sit and with the ongoing pandemic it definitely feels like they have taken all necessary precautions. The outdoor seating is beautiful with a great view of the lake. ALWAYS worth the stop.
Marvelous beer, terrific outdoor space. Sad about no growlers(as of April 2021) but soon that may change! We came up from St. Paul for a trip to Duluth (secretly in hopes of getting a CDB Growler), but this just means we'll have to come up again... how sad... ;)
Great brewery, plenty of outside seating, twelve beers on tap and some craft sodas too.
Excellent beer as usual! I was very impressed with their covid safety procedures, and it was really easy to make a reservation online. The outdoor patio space is great, with a nice view of the lake. Love the rain garden with native plants too!
Beautiful day for a beer on the deck. We bought a bag of chips and some salsa to go with it. Excellent brews and nice views!
The Castle Danger brewery is not really very dangerous which is not a problem because it is a very good brewery.
Too many good beers to name at this awesome brewery location. Great outdoor seating. The policy of allowing food to be brought in is a welcoming one and supports other local businesses which is always a plus. The seasoned pretzels are super tasty and go awesome with the beers they have on tap. Staff are friendly, and the place had a great vibe.
Great brewery with a wonderful selection of beer. They have chips and salsa available for purchase, but will also allow you to bring in outside food. Plenty of places around to grab a bite to bring in. The staff was helpful. Very clean bathrooms.
