We went there after spending quite a bit at other pharmacies and the price is cheaper than anywhere else we went (for products that are not through presciption as these are price controlled). Depiwhite cream advanced at 18 Eur when we paid 34 Eur in a small pharmacy in the ile St Louis. Same on Luxe cream which are the 2 products we could compare with.

Went during their off hours, so wasn t too crowded. I was in and out of there in less than 15 mins.
The selection of beauty items is good, but it s not necessarily cheaper than in other places. What is really annoying is a crowd of consultants that follow you everywhere and not at all satisfied when you don t need any help. Been there quite a few times and every time trying to leave as soon as possible because they have a goal never leave you on your own.
I always visit here when I am in Paris! The products found here are mostly available to me in Canada, however the prices here are so much better at Citypharma, and I always do a big haul for when I go home until the next time I can go back. Unfortunately, it has been a very long time since I've last been here, so I'm looking forward to getting back to restocking on my favourites. Wide selection and range of so many amazing lotions and potions, some better priced than others; however the value/gift packs NEVER cease to disappoint me, always such good deals on those. This place is my holy grail for beauty products, and I simply love to browse and pass the time in here. I have found some of the most niche products here that ended up being absolutely fantastic, this place is THE place to go for anything skincare/health related, travel size to jumbo size. They. Have. Everything.
It's a nice pharmacy but you won't necessarily find the cheaper products . However you have a large variety of products. Also, it's always crowded so brace yourself.
There is a reason why there is often problems at the cash desk on the ground floor. Yesterday cashier (new guy) refused to take a bit broken coupure which i took from ATM machine (and for the record i paid with it at another pharmacy without problem). Came responsible, she even didn't check that coupure, but start immediately saying that "we don't take broken cash". On my argument that it's not my fault that this type of money is still given by ATM, she said i have to go to a bank and show it to them. She keeps repeating the same words "we don't take it, we don't take it". There was no human-to-human interaction from her side. What shock me (because it happens to me in Citypharma for the first time) is that she didn't propose to solve the situation by giving the option of paying by card or remove some products. In the end, i understood that as a client i'm not welcomed, so i just left all products at the counter and left. Hope the administration will see this message and elevate their service at the checkout desk. And please, hire more people for the second floor, prescription windows. Each time customers have to wait 35-40 minutes to buy medication. Most of them are old, i saw even people been fainting few times in summer.
