There is a reason why there is often problems at the cash desk on the ground floor. Yesterday cashier (new guy) refused to take a bit broken coupure which i took from ATM machine (and for the record i paid with it at another pharmacy without problem). Came responsible, she even didn't check that coupure, but start immediately saying that "we don't take broken cash". On my argument that it's not my fault that this type of money is still given by ATM, she said i have to go to a bank and show it to them. She keeps repeating the same words "we don't take it, we don't take it". There was no human-to-human interaction from her side. What shock me (because it happens to me in Citypharma for the first time) is that she didn't propose to solve the situation by giving the option of paying by card or remove some products. In the end, i understood that as a client i'm not welcomed, so i just left all products at the counter and left. Hope the administration will see this message and elevate their service at the checkout desk. And please, hire more people for the second floor, prescription windows. Each time customers have to wait 35-40 minutes to buy medication. Most of them are old, i saw even people been fainting few times in summer.
