I own and operate a swimming pool ans spa supply store in Palmdale Ca. I have had the Citygro system for a couple of years now. The system collects cell phone numbers on my clients and permits me to text them special deals and announce sales. We are careful not to over text our customers. When we do we get really good results because it is sending the information to our already loyal customers. Direct mail is so hit and miss. This is much more direct and it always connects. What a wonderful way to promote our store and our customers love it as well.
Can"t say enough good stuff about the system and the support we get as well. Worth every penny!!!

These guys are so awesome! Their platform works very well and I love how it s a pay as you go typebof service. They helped us with a special text campaign and it worked marvelously! <3

Do NOT choose CityGro. I canceled my service with them after they "accidentally" sent out several thousand messages that I did not ask for. When I tried to get those charges taken off I was told there was nothing that can be done even though the error was on their side. Poor customer service, poor experience.

At first, I was excited to use this service. When I got the email and spoke to the rep, they offered us the 30 day trial which I was ready to use and implement. During the 30 days, there was a few rough patches with getting everything set up that cut into the 30 day trial. As our business is membership based, clients come in every 3 weeks so the 30 day trial was hard to tell if it was working or not. At first, I wanted to continue for another month to see if this was working for our business model or not and Eric was helpful. But there were some sketchy things in the contract that was not mentioned and when we asked for it to be removed, he said that they were just adding it in there for the future. If anyone who deals or works with contracts knows, if you sign something and there are payments or other unknowns on there and you sign it, you have agreed to it. After some back and forth emails, my partners decided not to go with this service after the 30 trial ended because of the end cost of the texts and emails that was more expensive than the services that we are currently using. That's when everything went DOWNHILL. Eric started getting rude and even said " Thanks for wasting my time". I mean what kind of company offers trial periods to people and then tell their clients that they are wasting their time after they decide not to continue... At first I was shocked at what he said but when I replayed the conversation (my phone automatically records phone calls), I was flabbergasted. Very poor customer service.
