Entire staff was amazing. The managers, finance, salesman, everyone was helpful. The time wasn t too bad as I expected. I was offered food and snacks and the place was clean. We leased a car exactly a month ago and still haven t gotten my plates. My temporary expired, they have been giving me the run around when I had specified to sales man I wanted it delivered to dealership. Now somehow no one knows where my plates are. I m driving around with expired plates, very unprofessional of staff to have miscommunication. It was quite easy for them to get a sale done but when it comes to helping you out after no one knows anything. They claimed to have my plates there, traveled from Queens and no one knows anything about it. Let s see how until anyone knows anything now.

Really surprised at the lack of service I received considering the previous customer reviews.

Went to test drive a used car on Jan 17. I had asked if I could take the car to a mechanic as it was an older model car, but was assured by the salesperson that the car had been inspected and was in good condition. After test driving the car, there was an issue with the lights in the dash/ cluster gauge flickering and the gauges going crazy and a very loud rattling noise coming from the AC blower. I was told the car would be taken to get fixed and I went home. I sent my salesperson an email so she could follow up with me and didn't receive a response until two days later.

Here I am two weeks later and still I have no idea what exactly was wrong with the car or when it will be back or if it's been sold to someone else. I have emailed my salesperson multiple times and I rarely get responses and if I do they come at least a day or two later. She passed me off to her manager in her most recent email and I had to call a couple of times to reach him as no one made any effort to reach me. He told me the car was having a sensor replaced and would give me a call in an hour. That was three days ago. Last week, I was going to go to the dealership to put a down payment on the car, only to be told that I shouldn't bother coming because the car is still in the shop. The car seemed to have a surprising number of issues for a car that had been inspected. I was told the battery and alternator had to be replaced, then I was told there were acorns causing the rattling sound from the AC blower (huh?) and told the car had to have some sensors replaced.

The car is no longer posted on their site or the site where I had seen it. Very disappointed in the lack of follow-up and little to no effort to respond to my emails or phone calls. I really thought this would be a relatively easy process as I intended to pay cash for the car, but it actually seemed like there was a concerted effort to avoid selling this car to me. I'm both baffled and disappointed by the treatment I received from Caprice and Paul.

We have been doing business with City World Toyota since 2010. The salespeople are amazing, They answer all your questions and work extremely hard to get you the deal you ask for. In February we went to lease a car and Keith Dunkley was our salesman. He was very courteous, Patient and Helpful. He got us a great deal. At the Finance office we were attended to by Jose Valerio who was also exceptional and very knowledgeable in answering all our questions. Very pleasant and positive experience overall.
I recommend City World Toyota to everyone looking to buy or lease a car.

Duval did not try to rush me into purchasing, but instead laid out all the options before me unlike many of the other sales people I met.

their service center sucks. there's always hidden fees. they never know where your car is. you are constantly waiting for long hours at a time even with an appointment. my car buying experience was easy but the aftercare just sucks here. they really need to be more organized and have more friendlier customer service.

Service is just sucks here. Manager is so rude and arrogant. He does not know how to talk with customers. I will never ever recommend anyone to go there. Desk person also so rude, not friendly.

Total rip off. They're all about your pocket/money. I traded in my car with a huge down payment to reduce the negative equity but later found out that the proposed offer of purchasing my car was carried over on to the new car which I'm paying hugely for. It is devastating but at the same time a lesson (even if it is an expensive lesson). They don't have heart at all. No sympathy or whatsoever. But you know what? what goes around comes around. Sooner or later you will also pay double for something you have no clue about.

You have lost one customer and no future recommendations from me.

Lesson to all who intend to deal with these folks. Ask them to present all the figures and how they arrived at it. Don't listen to the final monthly payments. Ask for a breakdown for more clarity.

Total scam! Avoid at all cost! I took my car in for service and was told that I would have to pay close to 7,000 dollars in repair. One of the many items that was listed for repair was a 400 dollar transmission fluid . Now, this made absolutely no sense to me since I had just brought my car in 2 months earlier for a recall where they put in a brand new transmission. The list also stated that needed new brakes,however, I purchased the breaks from Toyota and had a local mechanic install them 2 months prior. Mind you It's a 2015 Toyota Corolla with 30,000 miles. I did have the Toyota tech Nate "fix" this whistle sound that my car was making. Almost 800 dollars. In addition to this, My car was also making this rattling noise that was coming from under the car...Nate said it was the axel and a bunch of other things that totaled to 7,000 in repairs. Literally a couple of days later, driving my car I was hearing the same noise that I paid to get fixed. I called the dealership for 5 days straight to get in contact with Julissa who was my service advisor. Everytime I called she was either at lunch or helping another costumer out. In those five days, she never returned my call. I felt like she was avoiding me. I ask to speak to a manager, but of course he was too busy to speak. I ended up having bring in my car on a Friday morning. When I reached, the manager was there and when I explained the issue. This man was totally oblivious and clearly does not have a clue. His response was that I needed the transmition fluid and when I told him that I just got that transmitting, he insisted that I needed the transmission fluid because whoever installed the new transmission didn't do a good job and gave me a used transmission. When I told him that I had the job done there and that it was a new transmission, he just stood there quiet. I proceeded to tell him that I felt like they were trying to take advantage because I am woman and have little knowledge of the mechanics behind fixing a car...but I do have common sence!!! Fast forward to later that afternoon when I go pick up my car. Julissa tells me that Nate was not able to hear any of the noises that I was complaining about and that he was out of the shop. I asked to go on a test drive w a tech. We drove around for about 30 minutes and the rattling sound that my car was making consistently for about a month had suddenly stopped. It was very shocking!!!! When I asked the new tech that was with me what would cause my car to make such noise, he recommendedbthat I cleaned my throttle body. (I only asked him to see if he and Nate were on the same page. Clearly these people just say the first thing that comes to mind to rip people off.) after over 30 minutes of test driving, we reached the shop and Nate was there. When I explained that my car was not making ANY of the noises that it was initially making, his response was, "maybe a miracle happened." Now my gut tells me that my car didn't really require 7,000 dollars in repair and my car wasn't so damaged to the point of trade in(julissa insisted that I should trade in my car when I initially brought my car in. She said that I could get 3,000 dollars towards a new car and that it was my best option since it was in really bad conditions.---I literally only have 30,000 miles on my car and use it to get to work....I think they were just trying to SCAM me and make money!!! Worst place ever! This was about 2 months ago and my car since then hasn't made any noises!
