This company are the utter pits! They destroyed my home! Broke my boiler, flooded my house, lied through their teeth and failed to even comply with the UK complaint process. They are being taken to court.! DO NOT LET THEM IN YOUR HOME!Their employees are untrained incompetent morons . Their customer support is non existent and they break every law in the land
I have had ongoing issues with frying to get my boiler repaired as 3 different repair men attended over a 2 week period and all stated different things wrong with my boiler and left the repair unfixed. Asked for a copy of the report so that I can see exactly what the issues are and get them fixef. I have currently phoned them three times with no sign of the report so far by email. No hot water for 3:weeks and it's February and lockdown when hygeine is crucial. I am scunnered.
8 days with no heating and not water.. Temperature close to zero.. I have 2 little kids.. I kept phoning everyday and the person on the phone said that no one left a message that I phoned.. Even after I complaint about the service and I said to treat as urgent.. They kept on ignoring me.. I have to phone the company everyday to only find out that there are no parts for the repair and they did not bother to chase it up . Very very poor customer service.. Not good enough for a boiler breakdown.. Now planning to move to a different engineer
Boiler got serviced needed a part ordered on the Saturday engineers said should be here and boiler all sorted by Tuesday heating and hot water turned off. Phoned city services on the Saturday said they would be in touch got to Monday no word, phoned on Tuesday at 16:30 none of the stuff had been forwarded to insurance company and part still not there told I would be phoned on weds still no word as the day went on phoned the insurance they sorted their part told me city services would phone that day they didn t had to phone onThursday finally got through to someone part finally arrived would get done on Friday I stressed that it would have to be very early then as working nightshift told they start at 09:00 should be no problem didn t turn up minus temps I had to wrap myself in a blanket dozed for five mins the guy had been and went phoned them up said they tried to delay till Monday said I couldn t wait till then as freezing told me they would get manger to phone me in an hour 2 and half hrs later still no word phoned again manager not notified had just put me in for Monday the women on the phone was very helpful got me through to the manager who tried to fob me off and even though said calls were logged had no idea how many times I had phoned and this was the first she had heard of it and couldn t see all the times I had phoned. Customer service is atrocious and will be changing my boiler insurance to anybody that doesn t use them
Had to give this review a star so it could be read. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I ve had numerous issues with them and in particular their complete lack of customer care/service. Waited for engineers twice in the last 7 days and no call to say they couldn t make it. Also other issues to do with coming back with a part and not returning. Scottish Power should be ashamed of themselves for contracting out to this company. Wish I d read all of these reviews before agreeing a contract with SP.
Hi, had my annual boiler check carried out by City Technical Services LTD last month. The engineer who was on site declared that there was a CO2 leak on my boiler, as the flue was not attached properly, the engineer at the time did not cap More
Excellent job completed today, new boiler fitted installers, electricians joiner and plasterer all did first class job.
What a wonderful service, I phoned early morning as i had woken up with no heating or hot water. I spoke to a friendly poliet young lady Vicki. She took all my details an within a few hours I had a young gentlemen at the door to carry out my repair. He called ahead of arrival, followed all social distancing rules wore his mask was very polite. Fixed my boiler an off he went. Haven't had any issues since. Thank you City Technical Services for your prompt response and for employing staff with manners
Excellent Service. The chap who came to service the boiler was very professional and polite. Did the job very quickly and thoroughly, inspected all the smoke alarms and carbon monoxide devices. Happy with the service.
I won't go into the details of my interactions with this company all I will say is if your boiler is deemed "Beyond Economical Repair" and they won't repair it get a second opinion before you proceed to replace your boiler at great expense. More
Absolutely shocking company!!! they were out numerous times to fix our boiler and as we have a baby it is important that our heating is working. Months later and they finally fixed it but its not good enough. The engineers were not good they kept sending out different guys all the time and they kept saying the same problem existed without actually fixing it. The customer service is also terrible, have had to phone numerous amounts of times and my poor wife has had to wait in a lot for engineers that didnt even arrive half the time. Scottish Power if you want to gain a bit of respect back I would highly recommend you look at who you contract to do the work. Being an electrician myself that works in peoples houses i can understand there is diffculties sometimes, but this is just down right shocking from this company.
