I have had ongoing issues with frying to get my boiler repaired as 3 different repair men attended over a 2 week period and all stated different things wrong with my boiler and left the repair unfixed. Asked for a copy of the report so that I can see exactly what the issues are and get them fixef. I have currently phoned them three times with no sign of the report so far by email. No hot water for 3:weeks and it's February and lockdown when hygeine is crucial.
I am scunnered.
