I have been using Cityscape Property Management for two years and would not trust my property to anyone else. They provide great service to the property owners and the tenants. Lisa Williamson, the owner, responds very quickly to any questions or concerns of mine or the tenants. She's easy to work with, very professional, and gives great property management advice. Most importantly, she continually keeps my property rented to quality tenants. I would highly recommend Cityscape to renters and property owners in the Richmond area.

We have been renting through Cityscape for 3 months now and they have been really responsive to all our questions. We had a pleasant experience with them when we moved in as well. Recently had our heating go down and they helped to get the heating unit repair in a day. Highly recommend renting through them!

Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and Lisa has a host of specialists that do a great job. They've added a convenient online payment option, which means that there's no more forgetting to send a check in.

Cityscape is a great place to rent from!!!!!! My experience with Lisa Williamson and Cityscape has been exceptional. Whenever there is any sort of maintenance issue - they are prompt and responsive -- getting the problem fixed asap and following up after the repair. You can pay your rent on line and also submit maintenance requests on line 24 hours a day. The office staff is friendly, efficient and always willing to help. Cityscape is the best!

Terrible, terrible experience. Within the first few weeks of living in a Cityscape property our basement ceiling fell through and a mass of black mold was discovered and confirmed by specialists. We were renting an old fan house, so understood that these things can happen. However, weeks later, our property manager still did not ensure us a safe place to live- and then terminated our lease once we told her we would have to take legal action, giving us 9 days to move out (they granted us 11 days instead when we asked). They did refund rent for one month, and give us our full deposit back, after we cleaned the entire house and detailed the yard. I am not sure why this was necessary- as the house will need to be gutted by professionals to check for mold. I was present when the specialists were there. We wanted to stay in the house, but only if the mold was cleaned and proper measurements were taken, due to obvious safety and health reasons. When we finally sent legal excerpts, they terminated our lease as to not have to deal with it. The term 'slum lord' comes to mind when I think of Cityscape Property.

I have throughly enjoyed my time renting with Cityscape and working with Lisa and Corey. The process was simple and the properties she manages are fantastic. There is something for everyone, the young professional to the family that needs a backyard and space. My only regret is I am moving into a house and having to move. I would highly recommend her and her team to anyone looking to rent in the Richmond area.

Cityscape manages our rental property in Chesterfield and we couldn t be happier. We have never used a rental management company before but Lisa and her team have exceeded our expectations. They are very thorough and efficient in finding the right tenants for our property and making sure our property is maintained accordingly. We also used Lisa to purchase our house and she was excellent throughout the whole process. I highly recommend them if you are looking to buy, rent or need property management.

I have been with Cityscape Realty since the summer of 2016. They are such wonderful people who not only represent the owners of the property, but also represent you. Lisa is a fantastic agent and a straight shooter. She will not lead you the wrong way nor will she rush you to make a decision. Laurie is amazing as well. Laurie sets up any maintenance requests or requests or questions in general and is very prompt in getting back to you. She also checks in afterwards to make sure everything is going smoothly. I am moving to a new place next month but Cityscape has been so great in what steps I need to take to have a smooth transition to my new place while making sure their property is taken care of as well. This is how a realty company should be run. They are genuinely good people who work at Cityscape. Thank you for a great renting experience!
