It sucks to get a parking ticket and it sucks to pay a parking ticket. I wasn't in a good mood when I got here, but a sweet lady named Wanda made my experience better. She genuinely cared and was very helpful. Thank you Wanda!
They are nothing more than thieves. Got mailed a late ticket, for a ticket that was never placed on my car for expired tags, not for parking, but on tags that were not even expired. The best part is you can only appeal a week after and I didn't get the mail till a month later. You can set a court date, miss work and lose more money than the ticket, or accept you have literally just had your money stolen by a corrupted part of government.
The City of Tampa has lost its mind! $22 to park on the street for 9 hours so I can come to work and feed my family! The $8 a day it previously cost was outrageous enough, but this is absurd and the City Council should be ashamed of themselves! This is Tampa, not Manhattan!
The machine where I paid didn't print a receipt. Got a ticket 10 minutes before my parking was due to expire. Said something to the person who issued the ticket who called me a liar because I couldn't produce proof. How very convenient.
I m still don t remember any visible option to get a ticket or pay for my parking.
This seems to be a underlay way of taking your money.

Overall horrible organization
I like using these garages for the hockey games. Once you're to your car, it has good access to main roads and the crosstown. Simple, quick pay system as well that accepts cards and cash.
I work part time as an Uber Eats delivery driver. I went to Stone Soup Company in Ybor City last Friday to pick up an order. Rather than park on 7th Avenue an impede traffic, I parked in the public parking lot behind the restaurant which was virtually empty at 5pm. I placed a delivery in progress sign on the dashboard, went into the restaurant. I came out 5 minutes later to find a ticket on my windshield. Its very discouraging when you are trying to make a living and this happens. From now on, I will park on 7th Avenue and wait till my order is ready and tie up traffic.
Will not be visiting this town again and do not suggest for you to either. Paid for parking to the attendent before entering the garage. Returned to vehicle to receive a parking ticket even WITH RECEIPT PRESENT on the dash. Great way to incentivize people to visit.
the office is secretly hidden ..lol..but its super clean and it designed as a parking spot, they took care of my needs, however i did have to wait 30 min for a D6 form. but other than that good service.
