City of Campbell Recreation Center Reviews

The track at Campbell Community Center used to be a wonderful community.space, but is undergoing renovation that is taking a long time to complete. In the meantime the friendly groups of exercise minded folks have gone elsewhere. I look forward to when it returns to a bustling space with hundreds of folk working out each evening. Isn't that what a community center is all about -- to serve the community? In the meantime, a large flock of Canadian geese are enjoying the grounds undisturbed by residents.

Public community complex that is well cared for and with offers of cultural activities for the neighbors

I grew up here and I've made a lot of good memories here.

Four well lit courts with a giant wall to hit against. The courts at Campbell are blazing fast though so be warned.

Just wanted to update the tennis courts hours are 7 AM to 10 PM since I couldn't find that information too easily.

Very good for parties as you want them big and small have everything very good place

Great place to jog and workout on the track. Motivating people.

You can play almost any sport here with your family and friends. Plus a playground and skate park for the kids.

Cool place to visit,but wish they could have some big trees in front of enter door...it needs shade there...specially in summer for citizenship ceremonies.

This community center is a paragon for quality community centers. The beautiful and elegant Theatre is highlighted by the track and surrounding facilities. I used to go here for my sister's dance recitals when I was young and have recently used the track.

Love it. Best place to have fun with family. It has entrance to Los Gatos Creek trail if you want to walk

Great place to exercise, the track is great, also has bleachers. Large field next door.

I take my grandson there for the skate park but lately the bigger kids bully the smaller ones and every word that comes out of their mouths are the " F " word and the worker says there's nothing he can do about it smh

Love this place. I run here. Good classes, happy people. New workout machines look good hopefully it would open soon.

Great classes, good field and reasonable prices, the community center has been great for life with small kids.

Bathrooms could use some updating and extra cleaning. They are used pretty frequently and don't seem to get the attention they need. Other than that it was great.

The one stop place for all your exercise needs and entertainment. This center has come alone way in the 30 years I have been on the track wearing out my shoes or swimming in the pool.

This venue was perfect for the Celebration of Life in honor of an amazing super hero.

Lots of older buildings, easy to get lost. Not pre-planned layout. Parking spread out everywhere. If you don't know ahead of time, which building you're going to, you may have to walk for a long distance. Way too many handicapped parking.

Let's face it, the senior nutrition program can only serve the most basic meals. But they do an outstanding job of keeping everything going while providing not only sound nutrition, but an opportunity for those seniors to socialize.

Very spacious with loads of space to do many activities.

Because it is an extraordinary place where you can exercise not only you, but you can bring your children with you, family and friends.

I'm taking a pilates class here. Amazing teacher, wonderful price. Parking is a bit challenging in the evening but it's worth it. I wished the city of San Jose would make the effort to offer personal enrichment classes like city of Campbell does

Went to watch a youth soccer game. lots of parking and shady areas to watch the game.

Did a voteing site here. It was a very nice place and very clean and accommodating

Decent 4-lane Track & Field to go jogging. Unfortunately, no spikes allowed.

Tennis courts are among the best public courts around.

Only been here for the basketball league, but it's a we'll run league with stats and everything. Just wished they allowed dunking

Big facility with different buildings such as gym court, recreation center and banquet rooms. Well lighted parking lot.

This review is for the Orchard City Banquet Hall (OCBH) which we rented for our wedding. We had about 160 guests and it couldn't be more perfect!

Service: booking is so easy! Katie is was amazing and super responsive! They did everything we needed and were so friendly and easy to work with. They even let is drop off stuff the night before.

Parking: FREE & plentiful!!!

Venue: spacious, air conditioned, clean, free wifi, lobby area, so many restrooms & a FULL KITCHEN including a walk in fridge, wet bar & all included tables and chairs.

Best of all is the price! We looked at so many venues in the south bay and this was the nicest one that was affordable with no hidden costs! Plus, the grounds are huge and have cute places to take photos in outside and parks for kids.

We had a gorgeous wedding and highly recommend our other vendors who have done weddings at OCBH:

Probably one of the best maintained community property in the bay area! Great place to go for a run or just play with your kids.
