I've had this company come out twice over the past few years when I have had AC problems and they have always been professional and polite -- the office and the service techs. The techs always explain in detail what the issue is and what the fix is and do it fast and efficiently.
The place had bugs like crazy they came in and sprayed and through four days later they were still bugs in the rooms
I have spent almost $20, 000 with them on service calls and new units in the last ten years The units they sell are complete junk. They install new units and then it needs service the next year and within five years anything they sell will fail. the part may be covered under a 10-year warranty but the labor is not so they end up charging you hundreds if not thousands in labor. Stay away from this company.
Karen was incredibly helpful! When I placed a service call, I let her know that I had the same issue last year and when their tech came out, it was an easy fix but I couldn't remember exactly what it was. She told me what was done last year, so I tried that myself and fixed the problem! I'm so appreciative that City Heating and Air is helpful and wants you to have your air working properly, not just to make money off of unnecessary service calls. My brides are going to be thankful when trying on dresses this weekend!

We recently had a maintenance checkup on our unit. The tech took his time and checked everything thoroughly. He actually found that the compacitor was bad. He had a new one on his van was able to fix it that day. He was great.
I hate to have to give them even 1 star. They are the most sorry bunch I have ever dealt with. BUYER BEWARE!!! They installed a new unit in December. It is already broken. It has been nothing but a fight to even get them to answer their phone. DO NOT BUY. DO NOT BUY. They are con-artisits.
These guys are the only people my family uses for our heat and air. The are honest and do good work at a fair price. That s hard to find these days. 100% recommend them.
Fabulous job by City heat and air installing an American Standard heat/Air pump and evaporator in our home. Their estimate and completed job was $400.00 under their competitors and installed new unit in 4 hours and did a great job! Their men were knowledgeable, expert and friendly--just what you would expect from a 5 star company! Thank you for the great service and price. Would definitely employ them again.

After our heat pump failed, the tech was out within a day and took the requisite time to make an accurate diagnosis of the problem. The sales rep was out the day after that to review options for new heat pump. There was no hard sell, just presented facts and figures in measured way. The installation crew were on time and performed work admirably in the heat. I highly recommend City Heat and Air.
gave me a timeframe with which work would be completed (a week). after not calling or completing work, would not return calls. after longer than a month, with continuing promises when i called them, i told them to forget it. talked to the owner, who admitted it was wrong & never received an apology or offer to make anything right. buyer beware

Wanted to say what a great job Frankie and his guys from City did for us by fixing our newly installed LEAKING gas stove. Matt and Jeremiah went above and beyond correcting mistakes that our appliance dealers install team did incorrectly not once but 3x. The leaks were occurring behind City's work but they recognized the problem and corrected it. Appreciate folks that have the right people that know their job and how to do it.

Used them for HVAC systems for two of our properties. They were professional and prompt. Had a small electrical issue (not with the unit but with the breakers installed by someone else). When the system shorted out, called City Heat and Air and they came out within the hour. Incredible service at reasonable prices. Highly recommend them!

The air conditioning was not working at a house I own that I have leased. My tenant called me to report the issue. I didn t know who to call, but after reading customer reviews I had my tenant call City Heating & Air. After a very nice lady called me to confirm my information, they were very responsive and agreed to meet him the next day. The technician found a loose wire. He reconnected the wire and the problem was solved. I only had to pay the basic service call fee. How refreshing to find an honest and reliable company. I will certainly use them for any future problems, both at the rental house and my current home.
