City building have no respect for thei employees. Certain managers on site need to be retrained in communication and understanding. They bully the people who are working on site and tarnish workers records who have unblemished records. These silly temporary contracts are dongraded at at moments notice without checking out whats happened or even seeing if whats happened is true.
City building should be extremel ashamed of the bullies in there midst.

All companies should be aware that when you enter an individuals home ( their safe space)that there should be measures taken ( one arriving at the home unless 2 is needed) Do some reserch to see who is living in the home as you may need to be respectful of children sleeping/ individual with disability or any other reasons that timings need to be negotiated.

Had to take a day off work unnecessarily because of an inept boiler inspection. I wouldn't use this firm if I didn't have to.
Worst repair company ever. Phoned them up in the morning to get someone out because the bottom stair toilet wasn't flushing and the handle came loose on the upstairs toilet. Sat in all day and the they done a no show which i wasn't happy with as i wasted a day because of them. They finally came out the next day and sorted both of the toilets but three days down the line the bottom stair toilet started leaking so phoned them up again but the phone kept ringing out as no one was answering it. This mob is a complete joke as they are known for doing no shows, always doing a half arsed job of repairs, leave your house a complete state when finished a repair, have zero respect for your home considering when they had to fix the upstairs toilet yet again last year they managed to take some of the paint work off the bathroom wall, rude as hell and they are most famous for saying "I'll need to come back the next day because i haven't got the parts for it.". They are cowboys with the can't be arsed attitude.
Unfortunately I have no choice in regards to common repairs in my property as I have MyPlace as factors and they use this company. Absolutely shocking service, waste of time and money. I have reported a problem with my roof and after nearly a month this has not been repaired, causing damage and stress. Avoid at all costs.

I phoned them last night 3 am to report a large leak from my cistern a plumber arrived in less than forty five minutes to repair the leak . Great service plumber was polite and professional I have nothing but praise for this service
Totally work shy! 3 times they've meant to come out to sort my water pressure, 1st time I never got any appointment, 2nd time they claimed they couldn't get into the property and said they put a card through the door which they didn't and the 3rd time they called me on a withheld number which I missed but was in the house, they claimed there was no access again. Never bothered buzzing me or even trying me again on the phone yet they cancelled, never encountered a mob of workers so scared of doing work.
The worst repair company I have ever had the torture of experiencing. Not qualified to do the work they carry out, horrific communication and no follow up provided. Absolutely avoid at all costs. Pay peanuts to get monkeys.
Not even worth one star. These guys "improved" my bathroom on behalf of Cube Housing and I can honestly say they are the worst tradespeople ever.
After they installed my new bathroom suite they not only left the toilet leaking (emergency plumber had to be called) but left a very attractive hole going though into my hallway (pic attached).
On "completion" they have-
1.Not grouted in the corner tiles.
2. Not sealed the bath.
3.Left a cable dangling from the ceiling- which was then painted!
4.cut several tiles too small but put them up anyway.
5. Skimmed the radiator and tiles while painting.
6. Cut the bathroom shelf too short but installed in anyway.
7. Left the room a mess with plaster and grout over the tiles and floor.
8. Put up many of the tiles up unevenly leaving ridges and large gaps.
9. Not returned my keys as promised giving them access to my home!!
Please look at the attached pics before making a decision to use this company. Looks like I will be paying for Cubes bad mistake myself.

This company have no respect for your home. They are unprofessional & will lie,mislead & twist the case if any damage has been done by one of their team. I strongly recommend you find another company of repute for your needs. If they are contracted to do work in your home, if you're a Social Landlord tenant & you have to let these people into your home, beware & make sure you have a witness present at the time & make them fully aware that you are watching them like a hawk. Video them, if need be. It's important that the public are aware that their workers are "Two Gun Tex & Tam the Vandal". Absolute cowboys & a nightmare to deal with.

The old city building ethic of lining their pockets by vastly overcharging at the expense of homeowners who are unfortunately chained to them via GHA/Your place as their factors continues. GHA/Your place are owned and operated by the Wheatley group. The Wheatley group own 50% of city building and have a framework agreement with City building who have exclusive rights to repair all GHA/Your place /Wheatley group properties. Shocking need for a BBC, Daily Record, Glasgow Live, Evening times journalistic investigation. Audit Scotland need to carry out. some investigations into this team!
As a former employee I would like to say this company is absolutely disgusting to work for, all about profit and disregard workers rights, the management system is broken, full of bully's and power hungry maniacs , HR are 99 percent on the managers side for everything and if a change doesnt happen soon the company will implode, do not let your son or daughter go to this company as the college lecturers to the site managers have no idea how to communicate with young people !
