What is worrisome is the increase in my account, the rich can pay but not the poor ... I went to the new store, they took good care of me ... but they raised almost forty dollars ... I cannot pay ........ $ 93.46 was enough with thousands of sacrifices only internet and basic channels ..... I am looking for solutions ...

Pity ... an employee I add channels that I do not ...

Pity ... an employee I add channels that I do not want. , nor siqjiera I see tv is more x my dad, I get a bill x $ 352 I want to close account and they do not leave me until I pay that amount, now since yesterday we have no cable the box does not work. I need to go for another one that would be 4 times. And sinp serves send me a technician and they charge $ 70 ..

I visited the store yesterday to return some equipment. The representative instructed me to sign in and be seated. Several people were approached to be helped, some whose names appeared on the sign in sheet and a few that walked in. After, I questioned the representative as to when I would be helped, she reviewed the sign in sheet and said that I would be called after everyone on the list had been helped. The reason being was because she said that I signed in in the wrong spot on the sign in sheet.

It doesn't matter if the store looks good and the guys are nice, when you get home you will realize that your service is BAD, really bad. Do yourself a favor and find another provider, and online one.

I HAVE HAS COMCAST FOR YEARS IN ONE PROPERTY, I RECENTLY MOVED AND MY HUSBAND WANTED TO USE ANOTHER PROVIDER, I DISAGREED. I MADE AN APPT FOR SATURDAY, 7/20/19 FOR THE NEW PROPERTY, THE ORIGINAL PERSON WHO TOOK DOWN THE INFO PUT IN THE WRONG ADDRESS FOR THE NEW PROPERTY, I FOUND OUT ON SATURDAY WHEN THE SECURITY INSTALLER WENT OUT HE ADVISED THAT HE COULD ONLY WAIT AROUND FOR 15 MINS WHILE I MADE A NEW APPT. HE LEFT, THEY GAVE ME AN APPT FOR TUESDAY, 7/23/19. WHEN I CALLED TO CONFIRM, THE APPT THEY GAVE ME WAS FOR THE FOLLOWING SATURDAY WHICH I ADVISED THE "SUPERVISOR" THAT NO ONE WILL BE HOME ON SATURDAY. VERY LONG STORY SHORT, I MIGHT HAVE TO GO TO ANOTHER COMPANY SINCE THEY SEEM TO NOT GET IT CORRECT. ADDRESS OR APPT.
(I GAVE ONE STAR SINCE IT DID NOT LET ME POST UNLESS I DID)

This new store in Wynwood is NOT helpful. You have no idea there is a sign in sheet unless you literally look on a desk AFTER someone finally explained the process when I had been standing for several minutes. I decided to approach someone behind the counter and I guess they decided I was giving them attitude because he kept gesturing me to "go that" way.

There needs to be someone at the door in front of a desk as soon as you walk in to provide directions/service.

Customer service needs to be trained because it was sorely lacking in all 6 employees who were in the store.

I have been here, in a comcast/xfinity/molie store with comcast employees on the phone with comcast, no can help me with anything. 4 hours today, 5 hours yesterday, and about another 6 hours in total. Been trying to get a phone since December. Comcast is a joke.

I went to be helped with an error in my account and the man who treated me was unreasonable (He told me that to be able to have service in my new home I had to pay the debt of the person who used to live there, I find it very bad attention to client, in addition to that he will treat me very challenging, and then call Comcast and they helped me, it's a shame that over the phone they treat you better than in person.

It never seizes to amaze me the amount of people that still walk into these stores. Having said that, I went today (Tuesday at 10:30 am) and was in out in <10 minutes. I was very much impressed with diligence and service.

The attention from the staff is very good, they attend to all the concerns you may have, although this makes the process a little slow, because they take a lot of time with a client so they can not go to this store if they are in a hurry; there are bilingual staff, do not worry about that, the site is very nice; the waiting time at the end of everything will not be so bad.

I went in to upgrade service and was willing to pay a little extra for what I wanted and wound up cancelling service. The young lady who helped me was both inconsiderate and unprofessional, chewing on her lip as we spoke and talking me out of what I wanted. You would think the people there would be willing to provide you with additional service. Instead, she suggested I get a Roku stick so I can download apps. I have a smart TV that already downloads apps so I am not in need of that. I had also told her for some reason the xfinity stream did not work and was will to P
AY additional to get a cable box. She discouraged that as well. So, I went home, cancelled my streaming service and signed up with another provider. Worst customer service ever.

One of the customer service representatives was very heplful my experience was wonderful. I would recommend that actually Xfinity store. I didn't have to wait in line for a long time. The customer service is great !
