I went in to upgrade service and was willing to pay a little extra for what I wanted and wound up cancelling service. The young lady who helped me was both inconsiderate and unprofessional, chewing on her lip as we spoke and talking me out of what I wanted. You would think the people there would be willing to provide you with additional service. Instead, she suggested I get a Roku stick so I can download apps. I have a smart TV that already downloads apps so I am not in need of that. I had also told her for some reason the xfinity stream did not work and was will to P
AY additional to get a cable box. She discouraged that as well. So, I went home, cancelled my streaming service and signed up with another provider. Worst customer service ever.
