Great customer service, Answers quick and answers all my questions

The policies have become so restrictive that they force upon the owner only one course of action in the event of a claim. Specifically, whatever they say goes.

Very, friendly and I formative butthe insurance was no bargain.

I feel like a valued customer. thanks to citizens property insurance and their customer service team, for the great and excellent job service they have been provided, I really appreciate have been satisfied. The worst insurance company ever!!!! Not even 2 months into moving into our home, we get a cancellation notice because roofing wasnt to par ! Yet we passed inspection at the time of closing!!! This company is quick to give you a quote you cant refuse and quick to take your money, and also quick to cancel you giving you just a weeks notice!!! Not only did i have to pay over $9k outta pocket, they now wont reinstate us cause of plumbing issues . The fact that weve been living in our home for 4 months and not once had an issue with our plumbing just goes to show you the snakes these people really are! Dont not give them your money!!!! Unprofessional as can be!

My company went up 800 on my policy so I was quoted 1000 a year with this company. That is good since it would make my mortgage lower but after reading the reviews I would rather pay higher amount and know if a Hurricane comes im protected. This company is known for not paying out and stealing your claims money.

This insurance company doesn't deserve any reviews nor stars but I wanted to go ahead and warn others of this company. Purchased a home in 12/2020 had insurance with them. Sent me a letter to fix things went ahead and provided them with ALL documentation with everything that was fixed. Sent me a letter in the mail that they dropped me because they never received it. Contacted them and ended up finding out THEY DID receive all my information way before they cancelled me but because it was never uploaded into the system they had to rewrite my ENTIRE POLICY. Which by the way ended up going up by $200. Then when writing up the new policy the gentleman ended up doing everything over the phone and was going to submit it to under writing the next day because they were already closed. Waited 3 months to get another letter in the mail that my policy was dropped AGAIN because they never received my information. Contacted them again and come to find out the gentleman NEVER submitted our information, and since we never signed anything with him (Which we were never informed about) it didn't bind us to any contract and therefore we needed to rewrite an ENTIRELY NEW POLICY, which then ended up going up by $900. This company does not care about customer service. They will drop you within a heart beat. And if they did anything wrong on there end they apologize but never try to make it right. Unfortunately anybody that has an older home is stuck with this insurance company because other insurances don't want the liability. Just thought id post a warning!!!

It's a great option provided by the state until you can get a better option. Plus the customer service is great.
