This insurance company doesn't deserve any reviews...

This insurance company doesn't deserve any reviews nor stars but I wanted to go ahead and warn others of this company. Purchased a home in 12/2020 had insurance with them. Sent me a letter to fix things went ahead and provided them with ALL documentation with everything that was fixed. Sent me a letter in the mail that they dropped me because they never received it. Contacted them and ended up finding out THEY DID receive all my information way before they cancelled me but because it was never uploaded into the system they had to rewrite my ENTIRE POLICY. Which by the way ended up going up by $200. Then when writing up the new policy the gentleman ended up doing everything over the phone and was going to submit it to under writing the next day because they were already closed. Waited 3 months to get another letter in the mail that my policy was dropped AGAIN because they never received my information. Contacted them again and come to find out the gentleman NEVER submitted our information, and since we never signed anything with him (Which we were never informed about) it didn't bind us to any contract and therefore we needed to rewrite an ENTIRELY NEW POLICY, which then ended up going up by $900. This company does not care about customer service. They will drop you within a heart beat. And if they did anything wrong on there end they apologize but never try to make it right. Unfortunately anybody that has an older home is stuck with this insurance company because other insurances don't want the liability. Just thought id post a warning!!!
