Total waste of time. If you like agents that work at a foreign country call center and an attorney that knows nothing about your true condition, because it appears he did not have the time to review it properly before formal hearing then this is your so called firm. The attorney even called me after the hearing and started throwing F__k bombs about the judge because the judge yelled at him for not being aware of my case in full and not preparing his client. Almost 2 years of wasting my time.

They were on top of everything. All the documents needed was taken cared of. They were quick and I got my SSI check.

I am real satisfied what citizens disability did for me the people there all so nice to me I thank each one of you God bless

So disappointed with you people..waited 2 years for disability, told you to forget it at one point and you filed an appeal anyway. When it got down to hearing time you decided I should change my onset date and I ended up on SSI which is the same as welfare, all income based. So now I will lose benefits due to my common law husband makes too much money. What a joke disabled as long as your pockets are totally empty. Dont feel I owe you another dime either for wasting my time.

This company would not help me, as soon as I said my age, I was told to contact my local social security office and then I was hung up on. I have severe Rheumatoid Arthritis, but they didn't even ask my situation. Very poor customer service!

What appeared to be a daunting task, the staff are very organized and were there fighting on their client's behalf all the way to the very end. Their resilience to fight for the benefits was admirable. Thank you Mr. Andrew Youngman! I could not have did this without you and your team!

Citizens disability do good work for with helping with getting social security they real good I wish I had more stars to give.

One step at a time, Citizens never gave up keeping me informed thru the entire process. Even when I became discouraged Citizens would lighten my load with new and promising information. I thank each and everyone of you who fought for my disability. A matter of fact you fought harder than I did .I was ready to give up after the first decision. You,as my Advisor kept on filing appeals on my behalf . I am able to get the help that I need for my condition.
