Corporate offices located close to downtown Frankfurt

A friend of mine is desperately interested to learn if private cudtomers of the Citibank in Frankfurt, can contact, and at which address the scpucsessor of the late Citibank in Frankfurt Germany!

For 14 days I've been put off - my broker has changed his bank details - the Citybank cannot transfer the money back.
Now 4 weeks have passed, still no money has been transferred and forwarded to a phone number that does not exist

Within 3 hours no employee could be approached or reached with 9 calls except the central office. And this on a "normal" Thursday between 12.00 and 15.35 clock. Only call computer or the call was not even accepted.

Good that the Citigroup does not have to be my bank.
