Citigroup Purposefully Not Sending Snail-Mail Statements?

For years, I pay my entire credit card balance down to zero each month.

However, there have been MANY times where I have not received my credit card statement and the next month I have a $25 late fee - AND - interest.

Funny, it happened again in December while I had a large bill due to Christmas shopping for presents - so the interest calculation was bigger this month than most others.

I wonder if anyone else has had the same problem - not receiving a hard copy of a statement in the mail - then, being charged the fees and interest?

I would like to file a report for discrimination by Rebecca against me because of my name and heritage . She canceled my account abruptly while I was on the phone with a different rep on a three way with Wells Fargo calling verifying the payment posted. Account hold was lifted and then bam Rebecca closed my account. Nothing I can do? Really

This is a big financial branch of the Citigroup over there, I was there once. You get what you expect from such a place, they have a very large trading room where they transact in multiple types of financial products, including commodities and hedge funds. So when you walk around the building, you will constantly see these bankers coming down for a smoke to release the stress.
