Large circuit, with many areas to park for free. You have many food and drink stalls inside. From the outside they do not let pass cans or any drink with alcohol. The worst thing is the parking exit on Sunday at 3 o'clock in the afternoon! HORRIBLE AND FATAL MANAGED !! We were 1 hour totally stopped all in cars and another hour moving very little until we get out! NEFASTA MANAGEMENT !!

Great place to watch F1. Lots of areas with good views of cars in the general admission (Pelouse) areas. Some even have picnic benches so no need to sit on the ground or to take a chair. Friday before GP gives access to most stands so you can see what views the people paying big bucks get on race day. Only downside would be bad weather not many places to shelter if it rains, but hey it's Spain so that ain't gonna happen.

Visited while on a training course with 'Bultaco' at their nearby factory. Very helpful staff and an easy to navigate layout made my visit very memorable. Visited on a non-race day to ride a Bultaco Brinco R around the circuit and had a blast. The course is well laid out for spectators and with a little thought its easy to get a great view on race day. Food and drink is expensive on race day but no more than you would expect and no different to other circuits on the race calendar.

Hot!

I visited the Circuito de Catalunya for the first time during the second week of free practice F1. It is definitely one of the best circuits in which to see the race from the grass area! Excellent visibility, nearby cars, and lots of shade and refreshment areas. I recommend the area between the curves 6 and 9 (see photo).

We didn't even get to see the circuit! We tried calling the telephone number on the website for 3 days once we had arrived in Spain - the phone was not answered. We asked our local Tourist Info office to book a tour online for us but it seemed the online booking was not working. We drove to the circuit in the vain hope that we may be allowed in, but were told by the guards that the circuit could only be visited when booked on a tour - if only they made the booking of the tours accessible! In the end we had to give up and admit defeat, and take home a very disappointed child.

I have been in the F1 world this year and the truth is that I cannot fault the circuit, I have not used the parking of the circuit, they say it costs 20 and they are open or so I think, that this year they were muddy due to the rains . Access to and from the M tier has been rapid. Incredibly expensive prices in the bars inside is the only fault I put, beer + glass 10.

I went to the test days today and there weren't as many people as when there's a GP but I did all the turn of the circuit by walking and it was super cool.
Then I went to the shops and it was very expensive (as predicted), I also tested a F1 simulator which was hard to control (even if I do karting at a fairly great level) but fun and realistic.

Plenty to do. Nice views. Good public. Good installations. On the down side: Not enough screens and they are not big enough. So it is quite hard to follow the action on them without binoculars. Also: no beer... Very good first MotoGP experience overall.

If you are a cyclist you should know that there are days when you can shoot in the afternoon. Visit the bicircuit page. For motor enthusiasts, you know where all competitions are held in Barcelona ...

Okay without knowledge of English, it was a bit cumbersome to communicate, but went without any problems. Have 36 paid online from Germany and drove during our vacation. Half hour session on track, what can I say, fantastic! Would really do more often if not so far away. Dates can be seen on official site, and can also book in advance.

A temple of speed. A very good structure, associated with a very challenging circuit. There is a tribute to idol Ayrton Senna right at the entrance. Access to the circuit by train is quite complicated as it takes a nearly 1 hour walk to the main gate. The service is not very friendly either, as we could not get in to see the circuit and we stayed 2 hours waiting outside to give the time.

Its facilities compared to other Spanish circuits are a bit scarce, there is no picnic area, shadows to rest, the public address system is very limited. It's a shame it's a great circuit and we love going to the races, but it needs a set-up now !!!
