Initially, I called the hospital to request my records. However I couldn't get a hold of anyone so I left a voice message. Then I went into the hospital and was advised the records department was working from home and I would have to submit my paperwork via email, facts or US postal. I was somewhat annoyed because I thought this would prolong the process. However to my delight I got a return call from the records department. Once I called them back they told me they can send me a link and I can do everything through my phone. The process was simple and so quick! I was thrilled by the thought of not having to leave my home and getting my records within a day or two.

I'm out of a wheelchair and walking comfortably only 8 months after surgery Dr. Singh of Emory of Smyrna him and his Surgery team is the best in the world. Can't describe how much other than perfect!!! Love them for helping in my time of needs

I was seen in the Er yesterday and they were great! Worked hard trying to find the problem. As well as made me comfortable!
Getting my medical records was excellent.
Did it all right from my phone. Made it simple since I'm on Bedrest!

I was very happy to know that I did not have to drive all the way to celebration advent health since I ve been having continuously severe spasms and Charlie horses throughout my body enabling me to even drive when they get so bad. unfortunately I get them continuously. The online request for medical records was on point, thank you so much for simplifying this procedure for me.

Great service. Quick easy. Know your computer when and your phone for what they will be asking. the application itself is great. The real test is if the records get sent in a timely manner because time is of the essence.

Leave my wonderful Doctors and hospital; I liken it to loosing a protective parent . Scary not having this hospital behind me!!! You saved my life and the quality of life you have gifted me is amazing!!! Your Doctors are the best in the world I traveled from Florida for them and they made me brand new!!!! I am still working many hours and need to follow up here at home!! God bless all from the gals that answer the phone to your exceptional Doctors awesome!!!

easiest fastest process for requesting records. no paperwork faxing nor scanning, even Photo Id request was so easy and high tech simple. thank you for your great innovation of making request for medical records so simple. Kudos to your company

I have been with Ciox Health for a little over a month. I have been impressed from the start with the interviews! I love the company, the training is amazing and everyone is so wonderful. I truly feel blessed to have a job like this! I thank God, my husband and my children for making this possible..... and of course for Ciox hiring me :)

The user interface is more than easy to use, it's simple. It offers clear directions, smooth transitioning between pages/modules, and nice graphics. There's nothing confusing or glitchy. Best medical request form I've filled out yet.

Website very straightforward and easy to use. I dreaded having to try to call the hospital for my son's records. It was all done online and records will be emailed to me. Even better than I expected.
