Highly recommended go there again not a problem at all

Nice clean cinema. Free parking and a good choice of restaurants after watching your movie.

Screen 10 first row experience. Do not recommend to buy these seats. Your neck is in awkward position... I guess that is valid for all the first row seats...

MUCH TOO LOUD! Which is a great pity because the place is comfortable and well organised, but take ear defenders if you don't want to have tinnitus for the rest of your life. I think the volume is unprofessional, as if you go to a show in the West end the sound is as it should be. I know a show is different from a film, but our ears are the same! This has been a constant complaint of many people, but still they insist on deafening us.
I will not be going again, which is a great shame.A quick survey of friends and family of all ages shows that everyone feels the same.

16 screens means a greater diversity of films to choose from. We go here usually once a week with Cineworld Unlimited.

A bad move to take out the ticket booth. If you don't want to use the ticket machines, you have to queue for tickets at the snack counters, where queues move at the speed of glacial deposits at the best of times. Very frustrating.

Small, snug & steep seating in theatre no. 5 but very satisfied & would recommend!!

Great film. Great staff. Just the prices for snacks and drinks are a lot of money for what you get.

A great experience watching for the first time a 4dx movie, the staff was friendly and very polite, but for the heavy smell of the toilets ...

Great screens with good capacity, enough staff on to keep the food lines me being quickly. And Baskin and robins!

Ticks all the boxes. Standard, IMAX, 3D and 4DX, this cinema has it all. Free parking with lots of spaces make a it a super easy place to visit

Visit here frequently. Evenings can be busy but less so during the day. Has been refurbished recently so more comfortable seating. Offers 2D, 3D, imax, and 4dx screenings (16 screens in total). Plenty of parking and very close to railway station. Serves food and drinks, has a Starbucks and an ice cream stand.

Really like Cineworld, when I go to see a film, I nearly always come here. It has a large car park, and a number of restaurants in the leisure park, so very convenient for dinner and a movie. I used to go to the Odeon at Hatfield but why pay the parking? Cineworld.is always clean, the seats are comfy, it has an IMAX and a 4D theatre, great place.

Fab movie. Drinks queues always too long leave a good 30 mins to get refreshments pre film. 3d movie crimes of grindlewald

Be aware you cannot use a Cineworld gift card at the "light" cinema ( although part of Cineworld group). And if you dare complain, you just get an email back quoting t&c's in the small print ( that you cannot read - as extremely small print)!!

Freezing, again! No heating in the IMAX this visit or last, with weeks in-between and not sorted. Blankets provided this time but only a dozen or so people in the film and still not enough to go around. Really affects the enjoyment of the film.

Good film and comfortable seating but very expensive for film and popcorn/drink and quality of the picture on the screen wasn't great...but the film was good

Much better than the cineworld in Wolverhampton, the seats are comfier. Leg room is better. Service was fast at the food kiosks too.

Breen here quite often and it's always the same problem with the air con . Take a blanket

It's the sixth time we are visiting and reporting the same issue with no charge what so ever. The temperature during screening is really low. If you decide to watch a movie make sure you prepare yourself for low air conditioning temperatures which over a course of 2 hours and above may make ypu feel ill. If you wish to complain you have to do it during the movie not after as they won't do anything. I have compiled 6 times to the "team leader" and any of them know their lines very strictly like they have been on a brain washing training how to tell the same thing. So scarfs and autumn-winter tops and go "enjoy" the movie!

I brought a ticket the other week and the film had been cancelled, as much as this does happen they never contacted me at all and only offered off us a couple of other films.

Evening completely ruined by whole programme (adverts, film) at such a high volume that my ears still hurt this morning. Watched 'The Theory of Everything' with tissue paper stuffed in ears. Staff failed twice to do anything about it. NEVER going there again

Well organised staff. Polite and very helpful. The young man on the ice cream counter knows his ice creams ...... good job.... convinced me to get 3 scoops..... amazing

The IMAX experience is worth paying extra to see the latest blockbusters. Comfortable seats. Superb sound and excellent screen clarity.

Should be warned how much your neck hurts after if sitting in front row

Recently refurbished everything fantastic place , enjoyed every time .

I regularly go to see films here, its well situated in the Stevenage Retail park with plenty of opportunity to combine it with a meal as there is a lot of choice. The staff are alway helpful and the cinemas are kept clean. There is a Starbucks in the foyer as well as opportunity to buy the normal cinema snacks. The films change often and there are regular one off events which makes for great choice for all tastes.

Massive but well organised, friendly staff, well kept and screening rooms. Very good sound and viewing experience. Will definitely go again.

Great venue, film was great.
Only problem was a couple behind me decided to bring a 1 year old to see Avengers Endgame. Not the cinemas problem but it still sucked

Loads of experience and films quality x i love seeing the new movies i go fortnightly wiv a friend an usually see 2x films everytime we go .looking forward to my updated card which is due soon

IMAX 3D to watch Captain Marvel...was just marvelous...great cinema and very entertaining film.

Good cinema, shiny and clean since the remodel. The new seats are very plush and comfy.

Decent cinema but be prepared for a long queue and wait time before you're served for drinks and snacks. Not sure if it is a standard job requirement to be as slow as possible at this Cineworld.

(Currently work is in place for a 4D screen)

Very good warm and comfortable only let down was hot dog cold we ask for another one half hour wait so we got money back but had that before x

We were in screen 9. 5/4/19.
The air con was set too low. Looking around the majority of customers had their coats on still. Those that didn't, had their coats on their laps like a blanket.
The air con fans were too noisy and squeaked above us. It was a quiet film so the constant done of the fans was very apparent. The chairs arnt comfortable either.
Theres hardly any leg room and they're not wide enough.
I'm not going to be returning any time soon.

Covid precautions in place. Will be better when masks are mandatory.

Very nice atmosphere, parking is free and easy, very large selection of movies.

Great place to go for the latest movies, and at a good price!

Stevenage cineworld was refurbished recently, the seats in the screens are really comfortable, plenty of legroom too.
Friendly staff.

Decent cinema although it is starting to look a bit tired and dated now. Has had a recent IMAX installation and plans for a refurb this year. Unlimited card is a great idea but could do with some tweaks.

Since the refurb, cinema screens are all now excellent.
