It,s ok but has got to be the most expensive cinema chain if it was not for discounted tickets we would never go

Good screen, good sound. Chairs got a little uncomfortable by the end of the film and there was a cold draft coming from the rear of the cinema.
This really is an excellent cinema. Seats are comfy, they are always improving and upgrading. My only complaint would be the same as every other cinema in the country, bit pricey.
Good building but very expensive and sometimes in reliable staff.
Great cinema, clean and inviting. Since the refurb the screens are comfortable and spacious, good selection of refreshments and even better since the introduction of a Starbucks.
Cineworld remains the best cinema chain in the area. Lots of places to eat nearby too.
Really rude staff .. I would never pay those prices again for this type of service !!!
Not the cheepest cinema but quite good facilities and conveniently situated.
Great cinema, much better since the renovations. A bit weird that it has a Starbucks though.
Love the new cinebabies feature they now do at Cineworld. Meant me and the Mrs could see Black Panther without getting a babysitter. They have an area for pushchairs and staff are nearby for assistance. One thing I would say is to have the baby changing room closer to the cinebabies screen. Other than that loved it. Staff are really helpful and understanding. We had the sound turned down toward the end of the film which meant we missed what was said. Complained about it and received tickets for any other film.
Cost of snacks is always an issue, so buy your own. They don't stop you from taking in your own food. As long as it's not McDonald's or KFC. Cinema is always clean and tidy. I'll definitely return here.
Often busy but nice layout and epicenter to the Stev enage leisure park!
Great facilities, nice staff and clean auditoriums. If I was allowed to bring my own food in I d give it a 5.
Very high quality cinema compared to other Cineworld out there. Clean and the screen quality are great no dim spots and picture perfect.
Fairly standard multiplex experience, but great thing about this place is the abundance of restaurants (standard chains main) in the leisure park making this a very easy trip out!
I enjoy my visits here. The staff are pleasant, seating is generally good and views of the screens are equally so as long as you avoid the seats at the sides near the front. The downside to this venue is the dreadful confectionery counter. The prices are extortionate and the range limited. Take you own sweets and nibbles is my recommendation.
Just been to see The Making of Motown. Small cosy screening
Stevenage is much more comfortable than Harlow, more leg room and the seats are better, obviously Stevenage is much bigger anyway the ice-cream is delicious.
Great cinema! Great parking and infrastructure around it.
Massive wait to buy a ticket because people buy coffee and popcorn etc...In the same queue. There should be a dedicated queue for ticket only patrons.
3d glasses should be on a deposit system where you can return them and get your pound back. Better for the environment. Staff friendly. Food over priced. 4d experience awesome. Sound should be a bit louder as idiots do talk during movies. Cinemas are a bit cold although it doesnt bother me as i do tend to overheat anyway.
Expensive tickets expensive snacks noisy air conditioning slow staff
Booking and collecting tickets was easy. Lobby was a bit busy , but it was a rainy Saturday afternoon so it was fair enough. Food service was good, a few of the servers looked like they'd rather be dead , but ours was fairly smiley and spoke nicely to us. Typical cinema prices obviously, but that can't be helped. Comfortable chairs, very clean, and a good view. Sat in two seats by themselves running up the edge of the stairwell, good view. Screen and sound were fine, no complaints. Starbucks in the lobby too , which was obviously rammed.
Fine but food is not great ( hot dogs) great popcorn , very cold inside
Great screens
Screens always seem to be clean as is the rest of the cinema. Never had any problems here and staff were even able to change our screening to an earlier one when we arrived much earlier than we thought we would.
Great experience, but quite chilly. Kept our coats on throughout the film. Ok parking in dry weather. The seats are comfortable at first, but have a funny angle you notice after a while, difficult to sit comfortably, probably not very nice for those with a bad back.
Nice and clean toilets and easy layout of the cinema in general.
What to say... It's a cinema. Seats are comfy! Mixed clientele.
Wide selection of films and seats very comfortable, but very expensive, especially if you succumb to extras such as popcorn, drinks, sweets, etc.
Big cinema, lots of screens. Good protective measures. Quite pricey though
It's been years since I have been to cinema and it was a surprise there was so many films to watch..bought a bag of sweets and a coke and that was enough to get a remortgage
Great Experience. Plenty of parking spaces. Comfortable seats. Great picture and staff.
Got a Unlimited card and meerkat code so got my friend in for nothing which was nice!! Saw Lion King last week and Toy Story 4 this week-nice!!
3 wheelchair users couldn't see the film they had gone to see as the screen it was being shown on pnly had 1 wheelchair space...is this the 1800s
Really not the best. Have emailed cineworld who haven t yet furnished me with a response ! Was given spoiler to endgame by person taking my ticket! And the screen I had booked was freezing with no heating so ended up seeing it in 2d . There are better cinemas out there wi5h more comfy seats too!
Been twice this month and no tango ice blasts both times...
Cinemas are slightly more hands off these days. Just the way things are now but my only gripe (not with Cineworld) is people leaving all of their rubbish in the screens! Just take it with you and put it in the bins outside of the screens. Not difficult, just plain lazy.
Huge choice of films and times. There is a Starbucks, a sweet shop and your regular popcorn, nachos and hot dog shop. Prices vary depending on the screen. Standard 2D, 2D Imax or 4D Imax ( seats move and water splashes and cold air) there are 19 screens and the seats are very comfortable. The toilets are very clean. Overall a good place for all ages, reasonable pricing and wheelchair access.
Fully refurbished now featuring IMAX and 4DX screens.
Standard cinema chain. Comfy seats. Queues for popcorn not long but seemed to take their time.
Newly decorated screens. A lot of new films and special screenings for children. Family friendly!
One of the first Cineworld Cinemas in the UK to have a screen/auditorium to be equipped with 4DX / 3D! This is a fantastic but somewhat expensive feature. It really brings the film to life, with moving seats, strobe lights, scent, wind and even water. I definitely recommend trying this out for one movie at least, just for the experience alone, but pick the movie carefully.
This motion/effects work for most films but I did watch one where the 4DX did not complement it at all! Enjoy the ride.
I have nothing wrong with this place apart from the new way to buy tickets which i feel is unfriendly for a person who has autism(Me).
Other than that, Cineworld really is a great place. The seats are comfortable, the food and price is good as always sound and screen quality is great. Also why Starbucks? isn't that a bit cash for money...
IMAX is good. Not AS good as the BFI but the fact it's local I can't complain.
Very good cinema with lots of restaurants on the site
I like the layout of the location and with many other shops and outlets in the area the place does look big. The only downfall of this cineworld is the lack of seating in the reception area. Apart from that, it was a easy process from booking tickets via the Cineworld app to collecting them from the ticket machine. Nice ice cream and a happy-go staff member serving. Recommend
An afternoon of queueing :-(
The opening weekend of the new Disney Pixar movie meant it was going to be busy, that was a given. However because the concessions are split into three, there's a good chance you'll end up in a queue!
Queue 1) Ice Cream for the child
Queue 2) ICEE drink for me
Queue 3) Starbucks for the Mrs
Queue 4) to have my ticket checked
Then we had to wait to get into the screen until 2 mins before the advertised start time as they were still cleaning.
If you want refreshments then allow a good 30 mins to stand in the various queues
Once we were seated then I've nowt to moan about. Comfortable seats, pleasant temperature, volume levels just right.
Won't put me off going, but might force me to buy my snacks before we go
The refurbishment of this cinema is excellent, very comfortable seats, good leg room and facilities..
Bloody expensive but that's just cinema prices these days I guess... I recommend this place
Big cinema with lots of screens. 4DX is highly recommended!!!
Large cinema with plenty of variety in the films showing.
They also have iMax cinema and 4Dx here. Each of these two screens do cost a bit more but in my opinion well worth it.
To get the best out of the cinema I have an Unlimited card which costs 17.99 a month and you can see as many films you want.
Only grip is the you have to queue up at different area for hot drinks, cold drinks and Ice cream.

Went with Grandson, to watch Dream Park, smiley face,he love it.
nice to place to watch movies and spend time. plenty of food choices at near restaurants
If anyone gets the chance to experience the 4Dx experience like me and my daughter did well grab it with both hands.....what a Rush!!
All OK apart from freezing one minute to boiling hot trouble with heating. Staff quiet rude when clearing up rubbish telling us we had to go and standing there till we did. My friend and I disabled he just stood and watched us struggle down stairs. Young man who could run everywhere quiet annoying. Could have been more pleasant. The fact that we have an unlimited card anyway.
Like the new tech can get into my film much quicker
The cinema with many screens is well placed with ample parking, and a big choice of eateries.
The best cinema in Hertfordshire. Been going there on average once a week for the last 10-years.
Cinema is fab with lots of places to eat and it's right next to the station
Great seating plan to watch the films especially if you have youngish kids as you are considerably higher to the row in front of you. However the food is extortionate.
Recently refurbished throughout with all screens updated and IMAX and 4DX presentations installed. Starbucks coffee shop in the lobby with in and outside seating. If you're a regular cinema goer it's worth considering an Unlimited More
Went to see Shazam. The staff were really super helpful. Thank you.
Good cinema for number of screens but let down by really poorly managed toilets that smelt badly and never enough staff at the retail outlet where you can buy popcorn etc. Took twenty five minutes to get served.
Good food purchasing area, with ice cream, pop corn and hot dogs for sale as well as other foods, comfortable chairs, good screen and sound system, the toilets are also very clean and tidy
No problem with the film's we see, staff friendly, however not enough staff behind the counter when it's busy. Queued up for 20 mins to get tickets and drinks.
Very good cinema, its a over priced but if you go a few times a month you will have no problem, They have a lot of screens also the screen quickly is incredible. Would recommend !!
Very small, poor sound quality, asked to just look into an Imax screen to see whether its worth purchasing upgrade seats but wasn't allowed, so didn't spend extra money. Missed about 1/6th of all speaking as the volume was so quiet.
