After parking in the parking pit in a too dark parking lot with fine gravel, you stumble over an iron wire at a height of 50 cm on your way to the entrance. In front of the entrance there is a sloping staircase where the railings will hopefully still have to be placed. If you have difficulty walking I would not know how to get up.
Once inside you enter a station hall-like entrance where the coffee beaches and kiosks are still missing. More wide stairs. More wide stairs. Now with a handrail on the side of the stairs.
Looking for the reception where we would like to pick up our exit card. However, this must be done at a machine where we have scanned the mobile and the parking ticket at least a dozen times before the device has recognized us.
We are on the "street level" floor. Our hall is located at the top of the building, comparable to 8 floors in a flat. Even more stairs with glass balustrades. People with a fear of heights hold on to the railing here. The alternative to this is a glass lift. So the stairs anyway. At two-thirds of the way up, the lady notices for me that her legs are now sour.
We are upstairs waiting in the hall. There are benches with mesh that you usually expect at a bus shelter. Fortunately, despite scanning the parking ticket, there is still enough prick in my phone to scan the Qr code at the entrance.
We are in the hall. No advertisements only announcements of expected films Top. And how nice is someone telling something about the film. The seats are spacious so someone can easily pass you without having to get up. Sound and image are really good. They have done this well.
During the break I drink a cup of vending machine coffee on the bus shelter benches in the moodless bar that you would expect at the trade fair. The walls are large and white with a poster here and there. The ceiling belongs in an office and so does the lighting. No attention has been paid to this.
I hope that a few things will still be done on the decoration of this building that has no human scale. Let's go again in about five years. Until then, nice and cozy to the city.
