What can you say about a multiple screen theater? It was clean, bright lobby and friendly staff, even on Thanksgiving.

You give free movie passes for Incredible 2 night at the Rochester honkers game. Then don t accept them for the incredible 2 movie or anything else we would like to see. Seems strange. It s okay though because your competitors take them.

Everytime I come here the theater is nasty dirty like they never clean !

Thanks to Covid 19, we had the theater to ourselves.

Highly don t recommend this theater. My boyfriend has had many issues with ordering tickets online, it has said that purchase will not go through and to contact your bank. Then later in the night the money will be taken outta his account without receiving any movie tickets. This has happened multiple times and he has gotten terrible service when contacting the theater about this issue.. the general manager at this theater told him they have a had the same issue with multiple other costumers. Nothing has been done to fix this issue we definitely won t be seeing anymore movies at this theater anymore.

Cinemagic is a good theater they just need the reclining chairs

One of the better spots for movies in-town. Invest into their popcorn bucket if you can afford it, and plan to attend the movies more than once a year; the kids really love it as well.

My daughter and I recently went to see a movie here. The employees were very welcoming. The popcorn was fresh and delicious. And the overall prices are reasonable. The seats are comfortable, and the theater was clean. We really enjoyed our mother / daughter night out, and plan to see many more movies here.

Prices are decent, popcorn is good - what more do you need from a movie theater?

The service at the ticket counter and the concession stand was great. The seating was comfortable even if the seats don't recline. There was a bit of a sound problem at the end. The last 10 minutes of the movie you heard the background really well, but could not hear the dialogue very well at all.

Good location. Friendly staff. Can't complain all the things you can ask for in a movie theater!

Great little theater for older movies. We saw Jurassic Park there and it was a fun experience.

Good crowd today in theater. Matinees 5 dollars for a seat. Buy a popcorn bucket get it refilled for $2.49 for a year. No lounge seats but cheaper than the other theatres.

We love taking our family to Cinemagic Hollywood theater for a night out. It's always clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced!

I found a long hair in my popcorn. Also, theater 3 was freezing cold.

This is my favorite theatre in Rochester. It is not the closest to me, but it has fair prices, friendly staff, and decent food deals. Only complaint is sometimes the screens come on with no sound, but it's always fixed before the movie starts. I will continue to go out off my way to go here!

Favorite theater in Rochester. Affordable, friendly, and involved in the community. The 1yr refillable popcorn bucket is amazing! They may not have reclining seats, or an IMAX, but I always prefer this theater!

This is the only theatre I have visited for the past few years! Best popcorn around and you can't beat the matinee and regular ticket pricing. Visit for a great deal and great experience overall!!

The price! Can't be beat! We NEVER go to another movie theater. We have held several of our kids birthday parties there and we go to the movies at least twice a month. It is conveniently located and the staff are awesome. We have received gift cards to other movie theaters and we don't even use those. We always go to Cinamagic!

Run of the mill movie theater, I just thought it was a bit strange that the light inside the theater room did not go off all the way. Would watch a movie here again.

Lots of parking space and plenty room most of the time.

Theater 1 (which I visited) has Lights on during the whole Movie which brings Contrast of the Picture down (Black Color looks Gray and not Black at all),which again results in poor Picture Quality.My personal Home Theater Projector Picture,looks at least 10x better quality wise ,and probably costs 50x cheaper.
Sound quality was pretty good in my opinion.
All together I don't think I can recommend Theater 1 as it was disappointing for me as a Movie Theater Enthusiast.

Our theatre of choice. Love the low prices and friendly staff. The popcorn is always great and we like that you can have extra butter. The selection of movies is good. The theatre is always clean and comfortable. Thanks for providing quality family entertainment.

Normally a decent place to go with the family. Prices for tickets are good.

However, tonight, the furnace was not working; on one of the coldest winter nights. We brought our 8 year olds. Apparently the person who sold us the tickets was supposed to tell us that.

It was freezing! We huddled up under our coats, with our gloves and hats on. The movie, Star Wats, was great! I just wish we could ve been informed; we would ve gone a different day.

This is the only theatre I go to in Rochester. Prices are low, seats are comfortable, and they love to do giveaways.

I like Cinimagic! The staff has been great and the movie veiwing experience has always been enjoyable.

Seats are fold-down but otherwise include cup holders and are padded. Good theater.

I love Cinemagic because they keep prices low. The theaters are adequate, and the Magic Bucket keeps even popcorn costs under control. Great place to enjoy a movie on the big screen!

My daughter had a birthday party here. The staff was very helpful and we found it to be a great deal for the price. The party room isn't big, but it worked for 10 little ones and three adults. I do wish they had the fancy reclining seats like the other theaters in town, but the lower price tickets are worth it.

This is our favorite theatre. It isn't fancy, but they will run deals on concessions that are awesome. They aren't the fashionable new recliner seats like another theatre in town, but the arms between the seats raise up so you can snuggle closer to the person you came with! They are comfortable. I love the atmosphere.

Bathrooms smelled like urine, stalls were stained yellow, and the sink counter was dirty. Very low-budget looking theater, and we had to buy our tickets at the concessions because no one was at the entry for ticket purchases. This will mostly be the first and last visit for me.

The reason for a second star was due to the fact that we got two tickets, a medium popcorn and drink for $22.

I'm a movie fanatic, so you know I go a lot. I love going here because the tickets are cheap and it's always a good time.

They started to bring Hindi Bollywood movie .. this is so cool and exciting.

The staff are friendly. The prices for the movies are very good, I love the matinee prices. We were directed to the wrong theater once, along with a couple of other people. When the movie didn't start, someone went to the front and the manager came back and apologized. We got our money back and a movie voucher. That only happened once in the five years we've been going to this theater. I think the concessions are overpriced, but that's the case at all theaters. I like the big popcorn bucket that can be refilled. With 3 teenagers who like movies, that is convenient. Unless it's a special event, we don't usually buy candy or drinks due to the cost.

We drive a hour to go to Cinemagic. The theater is a fun place and the deals are great.

I enjoy bringing my family to this theater because the staff are nice and the prices are family friendly. However, I brought my family to see Miracles from Heaven this morning and while we were buying tickets I could see someone smoking one of those electric cigarettes in that back room area. I don't thing that is very family friendly at all. Even if those things are not as bad as cigarettes I don't want to bring my kids here and have them see people smoking behind where their food comes from. The theater even claims to have a no smoking policy right at their door, does it not apply to staff too?! I am wondering if this theater is the best place to bring my kids despite the good prices.

Clean friendly staff. Huge parking lot which is definitely a plus!
