Cinemagic Theatres Review

Cinemagic is the best theater in town because they keep their prices affordable and genuinely care about their customers! We have been patrons of this theater for years and have never had a bad experience.

Very family friendly! Cheap prices for tickets and concessions. My children and I choose this theater over others every time.

The movie theater offers good food, although prices are somewhat high. The popcorn is excellent! They offer refills on large pop and popcorn. The theater itself is comfortable and the movies are presented very well on the screen, and the sound is top notch.

Theatres look good and have comfortable seating. But the sound system Is really bad. Only vocals were clear. And when the pre-movie trailers began we could hear only sounds without any projection for atleast 15mins. Had to go n complain to get it fixed.

My movie theater choice for Rochester. Easy access, up to date on movies.

Good popcorn and great deals. But when I got there the movie my friend and I were going to see was out of theaters. But it still said it was available for showing. But other then that I do like this theater. Will be back for another movie!

This is our go-to for family fun! We have a family of 6 and budget wise this is a great theater for us.

Seats aren't the most comfortable, popcorn was bad, but could see and hear the movie just fine.

We were just there (opening night for Mockingjay2). I was a bit :( that we couldn't get into the big screen until 10. We took the 9 PM time instead given that it was late for us in a school night.
However no big lines so that was good.
More variety to food available would be great if possible. Maybe variety of what is offered to drink?
All staff were great, except the one kid whom seemed to have an issue with showing us where #12 screen was at. He was taking our tickets. He maybe was a bit overwhelmed so no big deal. :)
Otherwise good experience. Just make the big screen time more available for these types of movies and more variety to what is available to drink? (Reason for my 3 stars)

They have the best popcorn in town and I like that I don't have to pay extra to "lay down".

I went to the last showing staff was reasonable being they were teens and ready to go home I got there early with my bf and we went into the theater well it wasn't clean food on floor cups in cup holders etc.. So we left thinking staff would come and clean I did not see a manager on site and we went back sat on Pepperoni slices and was stepping on dirty napkins and food on the floor while we watched the movie. I also come to realize the staff is wonderful and the theater is clean during the day at night horrible service nobody cleans and they leave early

This theater is the best you can get at the low price. They have the "SuperScreen" is pretty good and the same ticket rates apply for it as well.

An inexpensive theater that has good quality video and food.

Good atmosphere, picture, sound and service for your money. Cost for mantinee can't be beat in town.

I like ging here because it is close to my house and reasonable priced.

Great service, popcorn and other foods are great. Always warm and comfortable in the theater.

Go on Saturday for free shows. It is a great way to spend time with kids and other lived ones.

They always have the best prices in town, have friendly staff, and great coupons. My daughter had a lot of fun at the Meet the Minions event they had awhile back. We just saw the Goosebumps movie there last week :)

Great theater. Very clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. The prices are not bad, the popcorn is fresh and if you get the large drink there is a free refill. If you see movies during the day or the first show of the morning the shows have a lots less people. Plus there are free kids movies on Saturdays in the morning. This is our favorite theater in Rochester.

Seriously the prices of their concessions is ridiculously overpriced. $5.12 for a small beverage are you kidding me. Place was not that clean and the speakers are rattling so the sound quality is not the greatest. But the kids did enjoy the movie regardless

It is not the best movie experience in town, but it is less expensive currently in both concessions and ticket price. They have been getting more expensive though. If they had leather recliners I would increase a star or two.

In as soon as the place opened to see Endgame. Even 'just-opened', the service was solid and nobody was resentful of the streams of people.

This theater doesn't have the fancy chairs or hard apple ciders, but it does have a solid layout and flow.

This an excellent Theater one of the Best in the world because of the seats being reclining and the sound is excellent I definitely recommend this Theater to everyone

Cinemagic does a great job as Rochester's best price theatre! The lines typically are not too long and the staff is pleasant. Cinemagic has the best deals and promotions in the area. Their popcorn bucket deal is awesome! We have used their birthday party room in the past and recommend that as a party option.

I would give Cinemagic Hollywood five stars but my two biggest complaints are they do not display video during the pre-movie show, only the audio and that the theatres are not cleaned as well as I would like throughout the day.

Great price. I've noticed some of the speakers sound blown during heavy bass.

5.00 matinee is great. Only dislike is the seat rows are pretty narrow.
