This organization provides much needed services to their clients that are in need. Some of the people they serve would not have had a meal that day if the Meals on Wheels drivers did not bring them their meals and they do it with smiles because they care about their clients. They are a wonderful organization.

Say no to Cin. area senior services. God saved me from them and although the owner/c.e.o. told me if I thought I was going to get any of that money back, I wasn't. With Gods Blessings+ Grace,Guidance from the Holy Spirit and Strength through Jesus Christ, I was able to do research for months. I contacted many people in Columbus and spoke to and still speak to as many people as I can so they are aware of how my money was mishandled by cass! (lower case intentional).I pray that I may spare others from what happened to me.Had my illness not cleared up; I don't think I need to say more. Please keep a close eye on how your loved ones money is handled if CASS is handling it. With emotional support from others,(they know who they are) and one Special Person who taught me that I could do all of the math myself (who also knows who she is), I went over and over all of the information I had from the CASS payee, and those whom she was supposed to be paying.I spoke with everyone she was supposed to be paying+ found errors. In some cases, late fees were returned to me after I truthfully explained what had happened. I never asked for refunds;ever! Nearly one year later,I found an error in my favor, from the paper work her payee had given to me. I received a refund from the company the payee overpaid by mistake plus that same company found an additional error in my favor that had nothing to do with CASS. In all, God blessed me with so much more money from those two errors and other small ones that it ended up being far more than what the ceo should have returned to me. I also received financial support from a place I am not to allowed to name, during the time I was investigating all of this. I now have the funds to catch up on every late payment and fee(most late fees were dropped) and have a bit more to spend on extras. In fact, I was able to buy myself a birthday gift, something I have done for years, but this was the biggest. A 43' flat screen, smart TV. The next month I bought a ROKU system. No more cable bills! Jesus Christ said,"I have come that you may have life and have it in abundance." I have learned that the majority of the people working with others money are good, honest people. I also have learned that you still have to keep your eyes open in order to not be taken advantage of. God has always taken care of me. He is so good!!! I do not hold the payee responsible in any way. I was told by former employee's that the payee's case loads are far too large compared to their pay . It's past bedtime.I will pray for this person (owner?) ceo? to accept Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior. Soon! We are nearing the end times. Read the last chapter of Daniel,12, and Revelations among other places in the Holy Bible.
I honestly don't want to give a star, but I think they make you give one. Yup, they make you give them one star to post. Who can enjoy a star they have to force you to give?*@!#!!*&$$$$$???? (these are random marks until the last few maybe.) p.s. I suppose the ONE star I was FORCED to give is for the overworked, underpaid employees!

The individuals employed by CASS work tirelessly to ensure that the needs of the senior population are met and exceeded. They are creative, hardworking, innovative, and compassionate. Our region and, most importantly our seniors, are fortunate to have such a strong group of people serving and advocating for them.

I didn't truly understand the needs of our elderly population until I was introduced to CASS. What this organization does to help Seniors remain in their homes is incredible. Regardless of an individuals race, gender, religion, or economic status, they are met by caring staff who have their best interest in mind and who are sensitive to their needs.

CASS can assist seniors with meals on wheels if they are home-bound, transportation to grocery stores or other recreational activities for those who are able to move about, Payee services for those who need assistance with their finances and case management, guardianship services for those unable to advocate for themselves, Social Work services in several senior housing buildings, and socialization at Congregate meal sites around the city. Agencies like CASS are necessary for the overall well being of Cincinnati's aging population.
