I had a good experience with CIESC. Their website ciesc.org was easy to navigate and had all the information I needed. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, I would rate them as great.

The BMV law clearly states that anyone ENROLLED in a drivers ed course can bring their enrollment certificate to the branch to take a test and get permit. You still need to complete the coursework and driving hours but the law clearly states they can obtain their permit when ENROLLED in a course. CEISC DOES NOT hand out this enrollment certificate until completion of course!!!!! They basically created their own rules and hold this certificate hostage. We switched to AAA where they gave me enrollment certificate when I enrolled.

This is my second child to go through the program. The instructor was very nice and patient and my son learned a lot. He's an awesome driver. Isn't that the point of driver education? I also like that he completed the class and driving with one company for $355. I looked into AAA its $89 just for the online class. I will then have to find another company to provide the driving, another $350. That's $440! I think I will wait a few weeks for the CDE form. This is a great program.
