Good quality simple food and cosy atmosphere. Always nice to go back

This little Italian restaurant surprised with delicious pizza, good service and delicious Affogato for desert. Overall a great experience and will be back for my next Italian food fix.

The Place has old town decor and a good feel but everything is dirty. It needs to be loved again... The staff are joking shouting and not concerned about guests. The presentation is awfull... A Manager is needed

Pizza bases were no good. Thickness is nice and thin but the flavor is terrible. Seems like a nice atmosphere but will not be having pizza there again on account of the pizza bases.

This place is amazing! The food is so good and the service is also great! The prices is also good. I couldn t recommend it enough!

Pizzas are acceptable, but overpriced. I was not wowed by the pizza I just ate. It was not terrible. Just did not really taste like much. I understand that they are going for authenticity. But the whole point of a pizza is the crust and the cheese. They do a good crust, I'll give them that. The rest of the pizza though was dry. A bit more sauce and cheese will go a long way. If your food is dry there is not much to carry the flavour. You end up with the rather bland meal I just had.

Even in Covid you can get their yummy pizza. You guys rock!

Great pizzas and milkshakes. Nice thin crust base and good service. I had the blue cheese pizza, lots of toppings. An explosion of flavors. Music is very chilled and creates a nice atmosphere.

Good authentic pizza. No or very little sugar in the base sauces.

A little gem of a restaurant hidden just off the main road and still with a view of the beach and see. Friendly staff and good food and a vibe that wants you to stay longer than usual.

Prices are good, but the pizza wasn't anything special.

Lovely thin crust wood fired pizzas. Sit-down or takeout options available and they make use of delivery services like Mr Delivery should you not want to leave the house.

Loved going here I've allways had a good experience till now. Staff answered the phone with a plain and Blunt Hello. Aren't they supposed to be nice and say good evening chiao bella how can i help or something more professional? Come on...They got my order right asked for my name didn't say how much. I haven't been there in quite a while probably haven't noticed and took into consideration yet another price hike. So A Grande will cost you R169.95 it's a large pizza but i think it's abit expensive now and will not continue to support you sorry. And teach your staff phone manners please.

While the pizza looked great and had numerous options, I opted for the penne Bolognese. The sauce was very tasty. Staff was super nice while I waited for takeout.

Good food, whether pasta or pizza along with an interesting craft gin and beer. Waiter is amazingly friendly and was very attentive. Along with the cozy atmosphere and subtle Italian background music, Ciao Bella is a definite recommend.

Italian food as you expect it . Their pastas are divine. Loved it! No wonder I wil have to consider extra exercise to keep my weight in check!!!

1stly received the wrong sized pizza all 4 of them, 2ndly incorrect pricing on the internet and 3rdly very dry pizzas.....

Food is awesome but service extremely poor. The lady at the counter couldn't care less about her customers, leaving your order to get cold while you are waiting, not apoligising or caring in the least. She ignores you once you have paid and refuses to even make eye contact.

Very good pizza, should have been a 4 star but almost 1h to make 2 pizzas and 1 sallad, didn't have beers that's on the menu. Not good enough.

Probably the best pizza in a long time, lovely outdoor seating and the inside restuant as classy look and feel like your dinning in style. Good prices Good friendly Staff that don't mess up orders.

If you miss sicily..More than welcome to have your pizza with Italian music

Terrible pizza! Dirty cutlery... Sun-dried tomatoes had mould on it and the salami was not the real deal... Also spot the camembert on their camembert special... Won't be back

Ciao Bellas time has passed. The pizzas are good but the Romans and Pizza Huts of the world do it better and for a cheaper price. From the lack of upkeep at the place one can see Ciao Bella may have fallen on hard times trying to compete with the chains with their big markup.Looks like only a loyal few still support the place

Above average pizza. I would like to give you 4.5 but there is not such an option.
