Was good.... when I ordered I asked for a sause, when I received my steak the sause was not there, I did remind the person ( not my waitress) that I did not get my sause...so I waited and waited..I finally went downstairs to find the waitress, she did go get it,,,but my steak was cold

Very enjoyable experience. Jay was our server and was excellent. I am a steak lover and didn't care for the teriyaki sirloin (the regular was much better!) but my husband enjoyed his. Kids meals are very reasonable. Salad bar was nice and had a good selection of items. Employees were on top of everything, would gladly go back again!

One of the best steaks I've ever had. My family and I made a reservation for 6 people, and we were in within minutes. The front of the house staff was extremely friendly, and our waitress was amazing. She was very intentive and kept our drinks refilled, a hard task, seeing as it was pretty busy. So glad we went with the reviews and came here. An all around fantastic dining experience.

Have been 2x and just love it! It feels like an old comfortable, friendly steakhouse with excellent prime rib & service. Others had steaks which were just as delicious. Full salad bar is great & lots of extras! Has happy hour menu in the bar so it's quite reasonable for a good quality meal. Also fun to watch all the alligators in the water...from INSIDE the restaurant. lol

there on a golf vacation. asked couple people at golf course a good steak place to eat. Chucks was mentioned a few times so gave it a try. My step dad is a very picky eater, as soon as i saw this place, i was like nope he ain t going to like it .WRONG! He suggested going back there the day after. Great service, food and happy hour selection and price was awesome. Will make it our go too next time we comeback down.

Visiting from out of town, we ask locals where they eat. "Chuck's Steakhouse" kept coming up for steaks. Glad we went! Great steak and salad bar. Atmosphere is relaxing and cozy. First class service and the restaurant is clean. Thanks guys!

Chucks was great. 4 out of 5 stars because the baked potatoes weren't hot and we were also charged for itrms that we didn't request. They fixed it however and the portion sizes were hardy!

Prime Rib was horrible, way too salty fatty. I wouldn't recommend the rice pilaf either.
Decor was great, wait staff also good. But the chef has got to go.
Have had better at chain restaurants.

First visit. Overall, very good. We were sat on a back indoor patio. Chairs were great for a deck but a little uncomfortable for dinner. Great salad bar and they provide and required gloves for each visit.
I had a filet. Great taste. Will visit again.

Went to Chuck's on Friday. Was taken thru the restaurant out to the back enclosed deck. Although they had heaters going it was too cold so we asked to go back into the restaurant. Waitress was unhappy that we wanted to move. Anyway, we ordered the prime pork rib eye and was told it was the filet mignon of pork. It was disgusting. A mushy piece of meat. Will not be going back.

Food was ok, wife ordered a chocolate martini not drinkable. It was like taking a shot, to much alcohol. Service was great . I've been several times before, not the best visit this time.

Chuck's is the best! The steaks we're awesome. The burgers we're excellent. The beers we're HUGE. He Long Island Ice Tea was awesome . . . And huge! Their happy hour starts at 4:00 pm and it rocks! We ate way too much. Went back again and again and I can't wait to visit again. Say hi to Betty when you go, she is the one sitting at the spot at the bar with the little brass label that says "Betty's seat", and try the filet tips, they will change your life.

The food is okay. I've been there four times and doubt I'll return. I'm a local and I'd visit this establishment more often if it blew me away by any means, but it doesn't (sad to say). My steak is always undercooked even though I order it medium well and tastes fair. They do have a great sweet potato and it's delicious. Their salad bar is avaerage for a steakhouse, nothing special nor nothing bad about it. I like their prime rib dip, but even it's not the best I've ever had and the pitiful one spoonful of au jus is always cold by the time it arrives to the table. The happy hour specials are kind of odd how they offer it. In order to get the special, you'll need to sit upstairs on the top floor. I wouldn't have a problem with that except that there's no seating up there. It's a very busy place and the top floor seating has always been unavailable each time I've been (i.e. no available seats as they are all taken). So, they seat people in other areas of the restaraunt. When I've tried to order from the happy hour menu, I've been told that it's only available for those seated upstairs. I explain to them that there's no seating available upstairs and this is where the hostess has seated me. They won't budge on offering the happy hour menu to me, or others, not seated upstairs. It's not the patrons fault that they can't be seated upstairs yet that happy hour menu still isn't offered. It just doesn't make sense at all how that works and it isn't fair to anyone who can't get a table upstairs and then can't order from the happy hour menu. They advertise the happy hour menu as if anyone who gets there before 7pm can order from it. It's only once you get there that you're told about the seating policy for that particular menu. Lastly, for a steakhouse, they don't serve a ribeye. They have a few cuts of steak, including a prime rib, but they do not have a ribeye on their menu. We've asked about this when we've been there and were told that in fact a ribeye isn't served there and that their sirloin is their specialty. I don't think I've ever been to a place that calls themselves a steakhouse yet doesn't serve one of the most popular cuts of them all...a ribeye. I find the prices are a bit high also, so go with knowing that you'll be spending quite a bit of money for dinner. It's not worth the price, in my opinion. The prices for the happy hour menu is good but, as I mentioned, you can't order from it if you're not one of the fortunate ones to get a seat upstairs where that menu is only made available. It's a decent place to eat, but I doubt I'll return as there are so many other great restaraunts to chose from in Myrtle Beach and offer better steaks, in my opinion.

This place has an awesome atmosphere but our waitress really ruined our Anniversary dinner experience with her *terrible service and excuses for everything*. Go here with no expectation and you won't be disappointed! Very sad! Sorry, not sorry Kathy.

It was ok, I've had better steak for less price. The waiter was very good and attentive and the atmosphere was nice. Nice place to go for a date but again, there was nothing special about the steak or food.
