My daughter is 6 years old an intervention scheduled for Wednesday July 19, and yesterday afternoon to our surprise a phone call! A postponement due to an "emergency" in the ophthalmic service, and this postponement not a day or two to reorganize the schedule NOT postponed without date in almost 6 months later, the service of Dr. Alain Retout is simply manifestly incompetent , he makes fun of the patients, the Hippocratic oath he sits on it is a shame but maybe the intervention being benign does not bring him enough, in the industry we control the flows better while they are things, products. THEY are humans, and they are incapable of doing that, it is incompetence from A to Z and worse of the total freaking out with a big dose of casualness from its secretariat!

My 90 year old mother was admitted Tuesday evening 09/04/2019 via the emergency room for a trochanteric fracture of the right femur (femoral neck). She was transferred from the orthopedic service to the geriatric ward as early as 10/04/2019, where she has been waiting since 4 days for surgery. For this type of fracture, the risks of complications are proven beyond 48 hours without intervention. I am told that the operating room is overburdened by emergencies with vital prognosis, I deduce that it will be operated when its own prognosis will be engaged. I seized the regional health agency, I am preparing to file a complaint against the CHU next Monday 15/04/2019 for endangering the lives of others.

Mother-Child Pavilion. I had to go there from the Yvelines to attend the birth of my twins. The staff are really nice, pleasant and very attentive. The Kangaroo unit is exceptional. Lots of tenderness, quality care and flawless listening. After 3 weeks my daughters were ready to take in the outside world!

The NURSE informs us in a fairly directive tone that our fabric masks are not suitable, either, we go down to the reception to take possession of the required masks, on our return this same nurse informs us that 2 people are admitted (we were 3), n having had no news from my uncle for 3 days while they had my mobile number, we are staying for an additional 3 minutes, a second very nice nurse enters the room and asks all 3 of us to respect the distance meter, we we hasten to execute. 1 hour after the 1st nurse comes back, lashes us with a threatening look and reiterates the presence of 2 and not 3 people, I ask her a little tolerance having done 200kms but this one does not want to know anything she comes out of the room telling us j call "mediation" in fact a vigil arrives 3 minutes later this one very calm arrives in the room and finds that we are not aggressive, my uncle of 96 years starts to cry and explains that I am his son of heart and that he suffered from not being able to have a visit for 3 days (I remind you that his operation was postponed day by day) we explain the situation to him I understand that he is carrying out the instructions, THIS extremely aggressive nurse, free of humanism does not need to work in a hospital, a detention center would be more appropriate, (my children being nurses so I have no a priori,) I am not the type to report on the net but his behavior is unspeakable, I recall that our average age of all three was closer to 66 years, we are not delinquents. she was very lucky that we were calm, I repeat this young nurse does not deserve this title and a re briefing of its framework would be necessary and urgent if not one day .......... as we say it is enough "d one" for a clash and or an aggression.

The private care offer is particularly important on the Seine Maritime, entrusting its health to this establishment is definitely not a common sense approach.
