i've ordered coffe table and tv stand 10.12.20.now is 20.03.2021 and get my money back because my order is not ready...they said"will be ready end of january).first i thought maybe factory not working in locdown but no.
Paul and Rob delivered our Gplan vintage sofa today. the service was very professional, the guys pointed out some hidden features of the sofas and left everything tidy. a good job well.done thanks guys and enjoy the fish n chips lunch ;)
manhar originally sold the sofas to us and we are impressed by his patience and suggestions even staying past closing to make sure out order went through smoothly.

Decent enough furniture but BEWARE. The sofas are made in two halves. They are only clipped together at the rear and will come apart when moved especially on carpet.
Very good service. We had excellent support from Duncan Edwards from point of sale till delivery. Sofa exceeded our expectations and it is so comfy and looks expensive and of great quality .

I cannot rate this store enough. We had to return our sofa to Sofology because the quality of the foam was so appalling we sank to the springs after an hour of sitting on it. Lisa at the Leeds store was amazing, she was very knowledgeable and so helpful. She really did care about the situation we were in and helped us choose just what we wanted. We have now received our new sofas and are delighted with the fabric and the quality. There was a slight hiccup with the first delivery attempt but all of the staff at Christopher Pratt's did everything they could to make sure our new sofa got into the room. Thank you so much to all the staff, we are so happy with the service you have provided and the quality of our new sofa, we will definitely recommend you to our friends.
Shocking service from start to finish. Goods delivered with wrong doors, appalling lack of communication throughout. Once they have your money it s all downhill from there!
