I cannot rate this store enough. We had to return our sofa to Sofology because the quality of the foam was so appalling we sank to the springs after an hour of sitting on it. Lisa at the Leeds store was amazing, she was very knowledgeable and so helpful. She really did care about the situation we were in and helped us choose just what we wanted. We have now received our new sofas and are delighted with the fabric and the quality. There was a slight hiccup with the first delivery attempt but all of the staff at Christopher Pratt's did everything they could to make sure our new sofa got into the room. Thank you so much to all the staff, we are so happy with the service you have provided and the quality of our new sofa, we will definitely recommend you to our friends.
