The staff are very friendly. Have treated my Son great. They have also given him classes to get out in his own place.

One of the best places I have ever gotten to work at the staff is helpful and caring towards residents and fellow staff members. The supervisors are always available and ready to help with any questions and concerns I highly recommend anyone looking for a great place to work to apply here

I AM HIGHLY IMPRESSED HOW THEY SCREEN EVERYONE WHO ENTERS AND THEIR STAFF ARE TESTED WEEKLY!!! I UNDERSTAND THEY TEST OTHER SUPPLIERS/VENDORS TOO!!! MAKES ME FEEL GREAT THAT THEY CARE THAT MUCH AND KEEP THE PLACE CLEAN. GREAT PEACE OF MIND WITHOUT QUESTON. THANK YOU CHRISTOPHER HOUSE AND STAFF FOR TAKING GREAT CARE OF EVERYONE!!!

I really enjoy working there, too bad i move to Colorado spring

I had to drop my son off here on Friday December 27th 2019 and all it took was entering this horrible place it is not even fit for animals. I can not believe it still is operating
I fully intend to reach out to the state, and to the agency who an advocate for people who are in a disgusting place like this
Believe me as soon as I can I am taking my son out of there. I am sick to my stomach thinking about this pig pen
I hope I can bring attention to this smelly, horrible place

I just want some peace before I leave this place in a few weeks. If only the moral around here wasn't so bad, we all would feel so much better no matter hour handicap or sickness.

The staff is very helpful and very accommodating to my families need.

The staff wasn't to bad to work with but they have zero leadership an extremely rude and aggressive administrator and a kitchen staff who does not know how to keep the kitchen clean minus a few exceptions everything in the kitchen is boxed or pre-made overall was a very poor work experience

My loved one has been living at Christopher House for a year. I had one complaint, took it to the administrator and it was resolved immediately. The staff is excellent; nursing, cnas, kitchen, administration and maintenance. The building is old and they're often understaffed but the treatment we receive is excellent.

try to ask them questions they give you the roundabout we need to hit them directly for all we know they're abusing our family in that place you better really look into it because our family especially the ones that don't know what what's going on with him can be hurt abuse

Do not go here. Rude staff, liars, no communication skills. They do not care about there patience. After I wrote this review. They said feel free to call them They would not call me back. They would not talk to me . l have a lawyer. I also had to send police there.

The front desk lady Trish is very rude, I hate this place.

Great staff who truly care about the residents and each other! Christopher House has been making huge positive changes in the last year and it shows. Management and employees work like a family, focused on the residents while having fun in their work. This is where you can grow and learn from a really good support team. Come join us and be a part of an ever growing Team!

Family like place . I worked PRN and loved it. The nurses were always helpful and I learned alot from them. The residents made my day and I liked seeing them. The employees celebrate holidays and birthdays to and make it fun.

To whom it may concern, I am sharing my recent experience with The Christopher House of Wheat Ridge, Colorado whom is facilitated by Vivage' and 24/7 Home Health.

My mother is now dead.

My mother was sent home from The Christopher House nursing facility on a Sunday, January 13th.

She was admitted to Lutheran via intensive care 9 days later. My mother was found in soil, covered in fecal matter, severely dehydrated, had a urinary tract infection, had body ulcers that ended up infected and she was diagnosed with the flu, pneumonia, while stuck in the fetal position; and her body wound up sepsis.

Neither party, Vivage nor 24/7 Home Health will accept responsibility as to why my mother went without basic care.

She was moved to Hospice care shortly after. I was able to be with her for the week prior to her death. I watched her body shut down, as the light inside still wanted to fight. I had to tell her she was dying. On February 28th, after she told me with a look to go out of the room so she could do it, she didn't want to do it in front of me, she took her last breath while I waited in the rental car.

In my opinion, The Christopher House, ran by Vivage and 24/7 Home Health both facilitated in the death of my mother.

I have a recording of my phone conversation with 'Vivage'. They have sent their apologies....

I got here almost two weeks ago the nurses and CNAs really do care the director alos I think that the person who said the front desk lady was rude might have just been awesomeeveryone is having a bad day

This place is the worst place to ever send a loved one who is in need of any time of care. 98% of the workers are there for the money. They all failed to realize how much care and love these elderly HUMANS need... Staff is just absolutely horrible. My heart breaks for seeing old residents there on the street for things the Staff didn't want to handle properly and appropriately.... There are many other Vivage locations that are WAY BETTER.

Well there was no real problems unitl i file a grievance with ombudsman about the food. A legitimate complaint. But then retaliation occured and now im nothing more than imprisoned here and if i make waves theyve threatened me that i wont get my housing. So the staff are geniune but there is no leadership just dicatorship. So good staff dont stay so good care walks out with them. I have been told how things once were and how things have deteriorated under new leadership. Save the agony dont come while Ken is administrator. I hear other vivage properties are award winners try them.

I ve enjoy working at Christopher House for nearly 2 years now. The entire staff is awesome, and very helpful, providing compassionate care every day. The communication of resident needs, and follow through is quick with response and very concise. The residents are wonderful to work with, and as the Director of Rehab, I love finding new and innovative ways to provide services to increase functional mobility, for a successful transition and return to daily activities! Overall, Christopher House is an awesome community/workplace with a highly experienced team, that offers a wide range of services that focus on the person as a whole for a successful transition of preferred environment!

I Hate this place only good things are the Nursing staff like Daniel who do this job from their hearts not their paychecks we need more people like them working in this establishment if you want to make it even at two or three star thank you Daniel for making my stay more tolerable and Cherie also

I couldn t ask for a better home to call work! The residents remind me everyday what it means to be human and how much love everyone has to offer, they never fail to make me smile and laugh! And I am never bored at work! All the staff cares so much about what they do and work so hard everyday to make sure our residents are happy and healthy :)

How lucky I am to work in a building that has kept itself so safe during a pandemic! It's been an honor to join the Christopher House Family as a Recreation Therapist and activities professional. The building has taken great care to remain COVID FREE (!!!) and values safety at the top of its priority list. I feel as an employee we are truly protected and our wellness and resident health is the #1 concern. At times like this, in LTC, this seems rare. The team has great humor, strong motivation, and immense knowledge. Thanks for keeping me and the entire resident population so safe.

Don't go here. The people don't care about the patients. They don't move them. They Kerry them sit in dirty diapers. Unbelievable.
