We were impressed with everything about this shop. The chocolate both tastes and looks amazing. They have a great variety of options and offer gift packages in various sizes which is helpful. There is also a very small, cozy seating area upstairs to enjoy a coffee and tasty treat!

Very clean establishment. Organized chocolate, meringues, truffles and other tasty delights. Outside and upstairs seating. Very friendly and helpful staff. A short walk from King Street.

By far some of the best chocolate I've ever tasted along with delicious sweet baked treats that were cooked to perfection. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend to anyone passing through wanting a sweet treat!

Delightful spot for a morning coffee and pastry or a midday spot for a break after walking around the city. I went first for a box of truffles on evening and enjoyed the experience (and the truffles) so much that I went back the next morning for coffee. The shop's namesake, Christophe was behind the counter that morning - wrapping truffle boxes and working the French Press. Wonderful experience!

Wow! This place is definitely on the list of best pastries and chocolate in the greater Charleston area! Their store is cute and quaint, love the way it is set up. Upstairs is huge with lots of seating. So glad I found Christophe Artisan Chocolatier!!

Simply the best artisan chocolate and pastries in Charleston. Christophe knows what he is doing with amazing chocolate crossaints, macarons, painted and flavored chocolate, bread pudding, pastries and more. A must stop in to get a break from the humidity.

Great cup of fresh made to order French press coffee and the strawberry Linzer cookie was fabulous!

The address that was posted online was wrong. Had to pay for parking and thought it was close by. We couldn t find it after walking forever in heels on my birthday...so I called, she gave me directions and still couldn t find it from the directions given. So we called again with plenty of time before close and no response. Won t be going there ever.

Fantastic, friendly staff, with some of the most impressive chocolates I have ever seen. Their coffee is splendid, as are their sandwiches. The most proper word for their foodstuffs would be authentic.

There is ample seating space, which the staff encourage the use of, in addition to art shows and other events.

Highly recommended if you are looking to appease your sweet tooth, and want to support awesome people.

Small, authentic, French chocolate store. The store was clean, the staff was friendly, and the macaroons were amazing. Macaroons I have eaten in the past were nothing like these. We tried the coconut and the creme brulee.

The staff was very friendly, kind, and personable. We absolutely loved visiting the shop and picking up an almond croissant and an almond meringue to go. Highly recommended!

Extremely happy with the chocolates from this place. They are not cheap, but worth as a unique, delicious gift for every occasion. You just can not go wrong with the beautiful chocolates! Highly recommend them!

Lunch time downtown on a cold day was not a wise time to holiday shop at a place that sold coffee it was very crowded. Bought a $12.00 little bag of chocolate rounds with sprinkles. They were not that good. I hope the $35.00 box I purchased for a gift is better. They looked pretty though.

Lovely place to eat Macaroons, Chocolate and Coffee

The desserts look yummy but do not taste that good. Macrons were chewy, tart was hard, cake was dry. The coffee was good. Place is pretty quaint.

Love this little place for chocolate truffles. TRY THE BLUE CHEESE TRUFFLE ASAP, you'll thank me later. Sounds weird but it's AMAZING.

Thier chocolate is amazing but thier l7nch sandwiches are to die for! Well worth a walk in the heat for a sandwich and delicious dessert for lunch. Weekends are even better!

This is a Chocolatier, NOT a sweet shop. There is a very big difference. You will enjoy yourself here.
