Jeannette Padilla and Chris Centers at State Farm have given our family fantastic service! We have had a meriad if problems with our father s estate closing and Jeannette has gone extra miles to resolve them all - even some before we even knew about them! So great to hear her say Already handled! She and Chris have stayed on top of our account throughout and I don t know what we would have done without their help. Jeannette and Chris are the best and have great personalities as well, really wanting to help you in any way they can. Highly recommend!!

Don't ever expect to get to talk to someone or ever modify your policy. Tried for 6 months to modify an auto policy and have tried to cancel a renter's policy for 3 months.

Chris helped me get reinstated with my insurance after I cancelled it. I was being quoted $323 per month at the lowest from other companies and now I'm paying just over $200/ month for full coverage and have the option of using the Way 2 Save app in order to reduce my rates further! I was in a huge financial bind and Chris made sure to help me lower my rate and explain how I could better my financial situation! I really appreciate the things Chris has already done for me and I've already been saved over $1200 a year!

We were looking to save some money on our home and auto insurance, and Chris was able to save us a substantial amount over 2 other competing quotes (including one other State Farm agent).

Run away from this agent. once jannette stopped working on the front desk and chris took over. it has been nothing but a mess. it took them 4 months to cancel my policy and now its 6 months later and i still have not gotten all my money back. you will always be paying over what you have been quoted for. I transferred my policy with a different agent and i have been paying much less. so the problem is with the agent not the company.

The first day I stepped foot in the door of State Farm I was greeted by Nick D Kerr, he greeted me with a firm handshake and a smile. He took his time to broke everything down for me so I was able to understand everything I was getting and what was good for me. I felt comfortable with him and what he was telling me. He understands that things occur in life, and every time I called and asked him for a favor he did it without asking any question. I am so thankful and greatful for the experience that I had with Jeannette Padilla. She was so professional with the service she rendered. Being a busy man at work, and really needing to switch auto insurance companies, Jeanette really stayed in touch with me throughout the process. What I mean is that, she continued to contact me to get things rolling, because she understood my need to switch to State Farm Insurance, as well as my situation at work and not being able to contact her when I really needed to. Now here is the main thing, she saved me a great a great deal on my policy vs what I was paying with Progressive.
