Run away from this agent. once jannette stopped working on the front desk and chris took over. it has been nothing but a mess. it took them 4 months to cancel my policy and now its 6 months later and i still have not gotten all my money back. you will always be paying over what you have been quoted for. I transferred my policy with a different agent and i have been paying much less. so the problem is with the agent not the company.
