Choctaw Casino & Resort Review

Great place. Good service from staff. Always have so much fun.

Try to get there as often as possible. Rooms are comfortable and quiet during the week. Whenever family is here we try to make sure Choctaw is one of the places we take them. Buffet a lil less than a high school cafeteria except on Sunday brunch. Quality and variety much better. Good food court. Something for everyone. If you're there with kids please don't miss The District. No smoking area with everything the family will enjoy including a movie theater.

Clean, empty, full of employees yielding sanitizer ......hope they continue valiant efforts....

I have been here on several business trips and I always enjoy my stay. The staff is very accommodating, the facility is wonderful, and even if you don't gamble, you will find something you will enjoy!
They have several restaurants, gift shops, a spa, pool (indoor and outdoor), fitness center, arcade, bowling, laser tag, and a movie theater. I'm probably still forgetting something.

I it was great the best food you will be happy you eat there

Had a great time. Staff was friendly, helpful, and polite. Bathrooms needed more attention than allotted for. All and all was a great experience.

Tell me where to start! Lol First of all it's just great all over. Choctaws know how to make you feel @ home. I really like the way they have all the shops & especially the extra attractions for the kiddos. The employees are all very nice & they always helping you with something. Hotel was very clean & rooms were cozy & the view from our room was just relaxing & Beauty. Loved all of it! Thanks Choctaw Casino for doing such a great fine job in how to please & satisfy your customers. Oh! Love the Electronic Roulette Machines. Can stay on those for hrs & drink & listen to some good times provide by the casino. Cocktails severs sure did their job & was constantly asking & checking with me & my husband if we needed anything. 2 THUMBS UP!!!!

This place is great and I'm having an absolute blast. I will definitely come back.

Nice, clean place. Only downfall of course is having to buy your own bere in Choctaw Nation. Plenty of restaurants and lounges around resort. Plenty of entertainment for not only adults but children as well.

Slow on christmas eve but the place was clean and everyone was nice.

Very body were very professional and concert venue was very clean.

My first visit in 30 years. Tuesday evening so this may b the reason that I was not impressed.

The service was amazing, I went to the bowling and district where all the families go and I had a blast! The rooms were really nice. The beds were so comfy and soft. The showers were weird at first because of how much room there was but eventually I got used to it.

We were here for a conference & it was great! The facility & staff are excellent! The place is really clean & there is more to do than gambling!

Impressive casino for its size. Good service. The hotel is nice.

A very large casino. Everything is nice. Everything you can ask for in a casino and more. Even several bars, dance floors, movie theaters, bowling alley, Steak house, several restaurants and a buffet. All inside the casino.

We love this place. But something else to note that just happened, so my GF and I were on a few machines near the theater and she cashed out and jumped up but accidentally left her ticket in the machine to come back after 15 seconds (literally) to find it had been taken.

Shout out to Beau in casino security for tracking the person down and kicking them out. Too many unsavory folks in this world and I m glad security here was able to get one of them and recover some of the loss. Hope Karma gets you thief. Be a decent human being and don t take what s not yours.

Very nices rooms, great hospitality. The Spa is AWESOME! I recommend Ron ;) Come here as least twice per year for WSOP and WPT (World Poker tour). Staff puts on a great events. FYI Choctaw is tight on comps. If you play poker, you must ask poker room staff for a free food voucher. It doesn't go on your card like most casinos. Play slots to get coupons in the mail!

I haven't seen many people cleaning the machines like in other casinos and they don't check temps like other places either. Choctaw is not good for rewards either. $5 in free play is not enough for me to make the drive. I came and played. Didn't really do good or bad. I guess they're paying for the new casino...

Absolutely loved the fireworks display. Well worth the commute.

There is plenty to do. I've enjoyed the Starbucks coffee, watched a movie, played poker, went to Guy Fieri's restaurant. I always have a great time.

I love this casino. Games all work food is good. Staff is nice. Only one problem...it's a drive from my location.lol

Very disappointed this trip. Video poker machines were shut down, they are being replaced with huge screens and not just the straight up standard poker. They also removed the 3 of a kind multi play. Music changed that wasnt to our taste.

I had a blast at Choctaw. Quick drive from Dallas. Lots of eating places if you get hungry while gambling. I didn't strike it rich but I had my fair share of free drinks so a break even situation for me!

Had a fantastic time the suite we stayed in was perfect! if you want to go somewhere have fun and then relax Choctaw is the place to be and you could have a shot hitting the big one $$$$

i had a medical issue.. was not able to go.. all the points that i had saved up were stolen from me because your policy changed.. those points were being saved for over three years.. now they are all gone.. will not be going back again.. and will tell every one of the thieft..

Their buffet deserves 50 stars and the casino was very clean and spacious

Would give it 5 if the video roulette returned to the lower section.

Love the non smoking gaming area and variety of eating places. Can't wait to come back and maybe stay the night

Nice and clean facilities but they wouldn't let my brother drink on his 21st birthday. They said he had to wait until the day after....That seemed strange.

Stayed overnight. Enjoyed the slots and room. Had a great time. Great getaway for me and my daughter.

Awesome place. Beautiful and big. This place is huge!!! I got lost a dozen times. Everyone is so friendly and helpful.

Hadn,t been there since 2013 enjoyed, get time must eat Gilley,S chicken fried steak the I best I have ever had, bet you can't finish it. Left money for the next time.

Great night , everybody was doing well . The whole place was a light up and full of energy. Service was on spot. No complaints

Was there this past Monday. The hotel rooms and staff are great. Spent the evening in the casino, but will not do that again. It was a loose, loose experience. Don't park valet if you want your car parked in a garage. They park OUTSIDE! My clean car came back covered in dirt! Spent Tuesday morning at the spa and it was AMAZING! Had the best massage ever from Rebekah. The spa facility and amenities were top notch; steam room, Jacuzzi, and a mineral pool. Spoke with the manager who graciously answered my questions. I will return for the spa but nothing else.

I usually win when I come here, and they have a pretty good concert set up as well. The service has always been good and there are a good amount of restaurants to choose from.

This place (Choctaw Casino, Durant) is very big, and sometimes confusing to get around, but I like it a lot! They have a great variety of slots, lots of tables. The staff is friendly and helpful. Restrooms are always clean. There are several places to eat and the food is delicious! They have very nice gift shops. It's easy to get in and out of the parking lot - at least where I always go in.
Of the 4 Choctaw casinos I go to most frequently, this one is my favorite. We haven't stayed in the hotel, but I hear it's nice, too. We have done the concert thing here and they bussed us over to the venue and back, so that was really nice. They also have music at Gilley's, which is right in the casino itself. And they have a bowling alley! In the casino. Crazy! Kudos to the brains behind this one...! 5 stars, for sure.

We were just there July 1-2 left on 3rd. Check in was great. We were in Spa Tower. Was told it is all adults but there were children staying on our floor!! Room was nice and very clean. It was pretty quite also.
We gambled playing slots and machines were VERY tight. Talked to several who said they have been here several times and machines are always tight. One said they usually go to Shreveport but because machines got so tight there they quit going. Now looking to move on from Choctaw Durant also.
We ate at the Buffet, it was horrible but thought maybe because it was so late food was old from sitting out. Not worth the $30+ for 2 seniors. Thought we would try it at lunch the next day. Got there when they opened for lunch. Well it looked like leftovers from the night before. Meat was dry around edges and everything was just BAD.
Went to Smash Burger for dinner...yummy!!!
Wish we would have won just a little so we could have played longer but that did not happen. Did not really see anyone wining anything.

Great place for families. Arcade, food court and awesome pool.
