Free tasters and lots of things for sale. Sadly no demonstrations when we were there- so expect it to be more like a cafe with the occasional benefit of seeing chocolate being made. Staff lovely and welcoming

Came to the free chocolate samples but left with a gourmet hot chocolate and some selection of chocolate behind the counter and was blown away. Friendly service and great quality chocolate that didn't even last the car ride home back to Sydney. Yum!

I had afternoon tea with hubby. Service was friendly. Milk chocolate shake was full of cacao and tart. The milk was watery. Not an average experience.

The coffee can be good. The place however,
has got really tired. My cappuccino cup came on a badly chipped saucer. The window on the cake's display case was grubby. The mustard paint on the walls has to go and everything needs to be rearranged tastefully. The interior gives a very shabby impression.

Delicious! Had a hard time trying to pick a cake to eat as they all looked so yum!

This is a must if you like chocolate or even if you don't. The staff are really friendly and the food Chocolate, coffee, tea and atmosphere is great.

Doesn't stand out! From the outside if it was not for a modest sign hardly anything gives you a WOW factor to invite you in. Such a big issue when you are so close to Echo point that has a lot of people crossing to get there. Small place from the inside but tasty treat... in all it can be a much better place specially for the prices they charge.

When we arrived they weren't too busy but as soon as we ordered a huge group of people came in, even though there was a huge queue the manager still came over, asked us how everything was and if we needed anything else. Great, Friendly customer service.

If you are in the area and you're craving for chocolates, this place is a must visit. There are lots of variants of chocolates available. I tried their cake and original hot choco drink.

The fact we got asked to leave as my partner was shirtless was disgusting.

We loved this place. We found it largely by accident after looking for a place to park and grab a quick bite. We had the Real Chocolate drink, which is a container of hot milk, and you drop chocolate drops into and stir with a straw as they melt. The milk is kept warm by a tea light in the bottom of the holder. A nice touch. We also had some Caramel cheesecake and some delicious chocolate cake with fresh cream. Really good, and the staff were quick and friendly. This place is a place I will return to each time we go to Katoomba

All chocolate lurrvers got to visit this place. It may not be cheap cheap but it is good, like the hot chocolate!

Ok, considering Covid restrictions, but parking can be an issue, if you have to pay at one of the council meters about 100 meters away it adds to the cost it is a minimum one hour charge.

A must visit if you are around Katoomba. Never disappointed with coffee and hot chocolate. A custom made white chocolate mocha. Absolutely heavenly!

Poor customer service and don t handle coronavirus restrictions well.

We re 2 ppl, came in the first time and were told to stay outside due to coronavirus capacity limit. We respect the rules and wait outside.
A family of 5 went in and they weren t kicked out.
We waited further until 2-3 more ppl came out, went in the second time and were told to stay outside again.

If you really wanna control no. of ppl in the venue, it s more effective and respectful to make a sign at entrance asking customers to wait to be serviced.

Best hot chocolate you make yourself with real tasty chocolate.

We visited two consecutive days.
Saturday and Sunday.
Chocolate crepes were on the menu.
Saturday sold out by midday.
Sunday sold out by 11 am.
We still had plenty of choice.
Delicious as usual!

Lovely spot to have hot cocoa or coffee after a cold day of marveling at the Three Sisters and the mountains in the area. Just a short walk from the viewpoint. The artisan chocolates are a must try, they have a great selection of it.

The products were good and very tasteful, but the costumer service was horrible! The person who was behind the counter didn t notice us at the store, was rude, and for no reason at all. This is a place I m not returning for sure.

Amazing! Plenty of space to sit and enjoy the wonderful products. We ordered ice chocolate and it was really nice! Also,you can park in front to visit the three sisters or walk cause there is no limit.

A popular place that deserves its popularity. A cozy place with good coffee & the signature hot choc is a an experience. It has a small playground for the little one, although last time I went there the swing was broken. They just sometimes get short-staffed in the weekend, which makes the service becomes pretty slow

Hot chocolate is really real. You can make your own hot chocolate. If you want a strong one, you can put more chocolate chips in the hot milk. The candle under the cup keeps your drink always warm. The price is reasonable.

Must try their Regular DIY hot chocolate! Never had such an experience before. Warm milk with straw/ spoon for dissolving those milk chocolate buttons on a cold evening! Tasted divine and the taste lingered for long. The chocolate mud cake was good, not extraordinary (might ve been better if warm). The chocolates were yum and plethora of options. The youngsters serving were helpful and friendly! They maintain good hygiene practices as per govt!

Over rated!!! Have been here before and nothing has changed. Ordered a real hot chocolate takeaway and didn t taste chocolatey like melted buds. Actually tasted like water! Also tried a few pieces of chocolate and they taste nothing like the name or even chocolate for that matter. Sorry not worth the $ I paid. If it was nice I don t mind paying. Sorry I don t be back.

We purchased a box of 15 chocolates and honestly did not disappoint! I'm a major dark chocolate fan and it's so hard to find such a diverse range of it. Coming here was one of the highlights of our trip, chocolates were divine and the lady who served us was so lovely! And patient considering it took us forever to decide on what to get. Definietly should take the time to pop into this place.

Hot choclate here is the real deal, tastes 10 times better than anywhere else.

Free samples of their melting chocolate. The dark chocolate had a good amount of cocoa butter so that is was smooth and unctuous. I ordered the real hot chocolate, which is a bowl of melting chocolate with steamed milk. You drop as much chocolate as you want in the milk and stir. The result is divine.

Our comments are biased as we haven't gone to other ones in the area. We bought some drinking chocolate to take home and it's not too sweet. We also bought some fudge and dark coconut rough we are keen to try. Due to restrictions we didn't stay but would come back again.

Huge variety of chocolates and their real hot chocolate is a must to try. A great place to stop for a break when discovering the surrounds.
