Great staff, were nice and kind, the chocolate is amazing, we got real hot chocelet drink and they let you make it yourself if you want, such a fun experience and lovely time 5 stars
Nice cosy place to have a nice cup of hot chocolate, coffee, cakes or even ice cream! I had a hot chocolate and double scoop ice cream on a cone, cost me about $13. Enjoyed the ice cream, the hot chocolate wasn't to my liking but I generally don't take hot chocolate, my wife loved the hot chocolate though.
The hot chocolate comes in a "furnace glass". You put the chocolate bits and milk, then the candle at the bottom of the glass furnace heats it up. Pretty cool.
Delightful chocolate shop with friendly ladies! The free tasting is amazing! I thought we'd get flakes but noooo you get proper buttons and real size chocolates to taste and MY GOD they're bloody amazing!!
Hot choc is like liquid gold and Turkish delight is to die for!!! Also had the chocolate covered dried fig and champagne truffles but the winner here is the iced chocolate! Comes with whipped cream and ice cream and my god it comes in a gigantic cup the size of a bucket!!
Ah, who cares about Charlie's Chocolate Factory, THIS is the dream place you wanna go!! Take me back!!
Nice place, but the chocolate wasn't anything out of the ordinary. It was very expensive and almost like you felt you had to enjoy it because of the price.
Hot Chocolate Drink is worth having at this place. You can watch the Chocolate maker make chocolate. You can buy Chocolate here. This place is worth going to visit. Staff are friendly and helpful. I'll be back there sometime in the future. Thanks for your hospitality and kindness.
This little house sells below average-quality chocolates at ridiculous prices. Service was terrible, no one knowing where to queue and few staff members having to make food, serve food to tables, clean tables and serve take-away customers. It was a disappointment, to say the least.
Lovely place to stop after a morning hike - great coffee, lovely cakes and chocolates. Atmosphere is relaxed and the staff are very friendly. I had the chocolate mud cake and a flat white and heartily recommend both - my wife had a cappuccino and cheesecake and was similarly impressed. We also got some of their Chili Dark Chocolate to go, and enjoyed it for several days driving up the coast.
Usually love this place, but went in today at 5 (website and door says it closes at 6), just to grab some drinks. The lady basically verbally abused us, telling us "we're not making hot food, we've worked all day with only two staff, it's 5 o'clock, so unless you want to buy chocolate, we're not doing it." If the kitchen is closed, fine. If the coffee machine is off, cool. But it is not my fault that you were understaffed and it's not like we walked in at 5 minutes to close. So thank you for your rude words, I'll be sure not to bring my annoying presence back.
Much better alternative than the crappy, tourist driven restaurants nearby. Good coffee, good ice cream, great chocolate. Great atmosphere. Great place to relax.

They make all the chocolates here by hand and they taste amazing, the hot chocolate is yummy and the ice creams are good too and only a short drive away is the 3 sisters and scenic world attractions. Always worth a visit.
I'm a Vegan but I can have dark chocolate. I wasn't sure when I came into Blue Mountains Chocolate Company when I was in town for Easter but I'm glad I came in. I had the best soy dark hot chocolate ever! I also tried some black forest dark chocolate and dark chocolate with champagne ; I don't recall the name though! The staff are super friendly and helpful and I love the vibe. I'll be back next time I'm in town!
This place is homey and quiet but a buzz too. There was one lady serving tall brunette who smiled the entire time, made us feel welcome. The Chocolate was delicious and the hot chocolate is the best I've ever had. Great place definitely recommend.
Lovely little place! a must visit while in Katoomba. We visited on Sunday and it was very busy we had to wait in line for 15 minutes before we were served and then another 20 minutes before we got out hot chocolates but it was to be expected as it was very very busy. Customer service was great and we loved our real hot chocolates. The little playground was a hit with my 6 year old daughter.
What a lovely old world charm in this delightful cafe with seating either inside, in the garden, or on the verandahs. A large cup of tea is only $3.50. Free chocolate testing and a large selection of chocolates for sale, made on site, is a bonus. The staff are also friendly and helpful.
I had the Real Hot Chocolate and the Wife had Iced Chocolate Mocha both were amazing. The staff were really friendly and the variety of different Chocolate there have is amazing.
Loved the real hot chocolate cups so much our travelling group of four went back again today. Muffins were light and fluffy. If I lived closer would happily make this a regular treat.
AMAZING - definitely treat yourself to a real hot chocolate and perhaps a generous slice of delicious cake! Take your time choosing from their wide variety of chocolatey temptations and enjoy service with a smile :)
