Chobani Review

Loaded me about 5 hours b4 my appointment. Took about 2 hours to load. Easy backing. They have overnight parking. My verizon didn't pickup a good signal in the back staging lot but did pickup good by docks. Clean restroom and vending machine

Great shipper , very fast, very polite people, easy parking and great weather today :)
It's only kind of hard to get back to interstate when ur 45k : , but it'll all be good.

Busy company ..might take some time but they are working ..easy check in and park along side orange cone and walk in for check in ..but employees are nice and polite..

Plenty of room at the dock. Overnight parking available.

Good place drop and hook and when it's a live load pretty quick to load..

Very bad place for truckers! By appointment only, even no other trucks. Very slow unloading, 3,5 hours at the dock and still working

I've been here 5-6 times, back again for live PU , evening shift sucks, nothing has changed, it's been 5hrs since I was given a door and they haven't started yet and I'm not the only one, need I say more?

Nice ppl. If stuck here for a while, ask about the pizza place that delivers to your truck. Very good.

Appointment was at 10am right now its 10.26pm I am still waiting to they start loading. They take me the door soon as I came here and told me set the reefer 34 degree. I wasted my fuel tank, time, money.

Load was Ready, But Beware of Large pot holes when dropping your empty. It rained alot and pothole were Muddy.

Fast both times we have been there. The last time was supposed to be a live load and ended up being a drop hook.. And have overnight parking.

Great shipper. Have had quite a few drivers pick up there and never had a problem.

I88 to exit 9 take hwy 8 N about 30 miles make right on County road 25 facility as soon as you turn.

Appointment time 11:45am. I arrived at 7:28am and was out by 9:33am. Beware of the parking lot for overnight and break parking. It is icy and u could get stuck.

Yes , they have overnight parking! If your appointment is morning time so you can check in night time ! They might be give you a door at the same time if you don t want park your truck and they will call you morning time if they don t, go to office ! That s happened to me! Very slow unloading 3-4 hours ! They do have clean ! ! !

Been sitting in a door with no activity in the last 4 hours this place is very slow. Reject the load if possible

I checked in at 05:00am for a 08:45am appointment. They gave me a door immediately. Finished unloading me at 11:00am. 2 hours and 15 minutes after my appointment time is not bad to me even though I arrived early. They get 5 stars because they let you check in after midnight and they have overnight parking. I was able to get a 34 hour reset there.

First we were told computer problems. Then we were told they switch their loading system the day before a holiday. We've been waiting to be loaded for almost 26 hours now.... Talked to a guy who's waited 2 days and just got to a door.

So they have two shifts and between 3pm and 6 pm no one there to unload. Checked in at 3:30pm appt for 6 pm they gave me door right away but didn t start until 7:30 cuz their system was down and they couldn t scan a product. Got unloaded pretty quick about an hour or maybe a little longer. So overall it s not bad experience had worst

This place is not what people say it is. Guess appointment don t mean anything. Was here a hour before appointment time then it s a hour past my appointment and they still didn t come and get trailer I dropped. The was one lady said hello to me and shipping and the others just made me wait when one lady wasn t doing anything but looking. Maybe because I m not there race. Been here since 8 am going on 4hrs appointment was at 9am it s now going on 2pm

Truckers be cautioned! This facility is unpredictable loading and unloading. Between worse and horrible! Supper slow and somewhat arrogant shipping office staff. They always have unwelcoming attitude. I wonder if their set appointment makes sense if it would be a fact to go by. If you aren't prepared to sit for long hours, be advised. I hope management can address this shipping sluggish problem.

Have fun waiting! Supposed to be a drop & hook appointment at 5 AM. Changed it to a live load. Finally got us to a door 2PM the next day, got loaded and out the door by 530 PM. Thankfully there is a really great pizza place near by that delivers. "New York Pizzeria" was a life saver.

Check in 12:48, apt 3:30, 5:40 pm out, Verizon works good

My appointment was at noon and I m still here the wait time is ridiculous don t even bother getting loads from here unless u want to be able to sleep a whole ten hours wake up and still be here for another few. And apparently they lie to everyone if u actually read the reviews from here they been telling everyone it s there shipping system they ain t fooling me

Every time ive been here its been great. Nice employees, overnight parking, food delivery. Ive had a bunch of drop and hooks and some live loads, i wish other companies would be more like this one

Nice people with overnight parking, would have gave them a 5 but took four hours to load. Turn East on Highway 25 off Highway 8 them park on the ride side of the cones under the sky bridge. Shipping office is near door 1

This Site is Pesimo, Two days here to pick up a load, I will never return.

Very slow loading, they love taking their time, dont bother coming here waste of time that we dont have.

Why would you switch shipping systems the day before a major holiday?

Very bad I have been here since 10:00 a.m. now almost 11:53 p.m. Still waiting for the door. Set my alarm going back to bed. I'm kinda hungry. I didn't expected to be here that long.

Go ahead and check in at shipping....just for them to tell you, "we are very behind on loading". This is the norm here. Grab a food menu and go to sleep for a day. They really test your patience here. Best of luck drivers.

Slow to load but very spacious, they have a good bathroom and soda and cookie machines etc tbn there is very good coffee

Very slow unloading and still wait very long for paperwork, very sad.. I used to enjoy eating Chobani yogurt but I will not be purchasing Chobani again after delivering here.

Always fast. Pretty easy backing and often drop and hook. Picky on trailers, get it cleaned.

People is nice and friendly you can park overnight you could check in early loading you earlier
The funny the players have a scale and you cannot use them
I asked him at the window do you guys have scale she said no why she lying why just say you cannot use them other than that everything is fine the scale located on the B lot

I have to say hands down for this Chobani facility, cleaner restroom as well as the rest of the campus, I've gotten there too early at least about 6 hours before my scheduled appt time my pickup was a drop and hook, they had it already loaded and just waiting for me wow! Amazed me though unlike other facilities like cold Storages and factories that hold you a prisoner for a drop&hook.

Easy in/out. They have 3 lots for taki g breaks. Lost one star for not allowing van/reefer drivers use of the scale. Nearest CAT Scale is 48 miles away. Keurig coffee is $.75/cup. Bathroom was clean.

So apparently they have a new loading system. The system cannot handle the loading process so here I sit for 10 hours with no end in sight on the day before a holiday. Bad management equals long wait times. If your coming here pack a lunch because you're going to be here a long time. Smh

They have a scale on the property, but you are not allowed to use it.

Call ahead of time as there are long waits. Sprint roaming area very bad area for most
Cell phones. Bring a good book. TV signal is non existent.
Refer needs to be 3/4 and trailers must be clean. Ask for free samples from receiving. Over all good clean place.

OVERNIGHT PARKING OKAY, RESTROOMS, VENDING MACHINE, and you can ORDER FOOD for DELIVERY if you have to wait. I WAS able to call and check on load to see if it were ready or not so that way I use my hours more efficiently. I have been here numerous times and every time it has been a drop and hook. Drop lot has a new entrance. The people here are ver respectful and very professional. It was a very easy check in and check out

Are you zero waste in your packaging? I heard about what you did with the school lunches for fellow students but I'm a gen z and a student striking for the climate along with Greta Thunberg so I went zero waste and cannot buy anything that is wrapped in plastic. So, can you please go zero waste? I and other students like you just based off of your school lunch helping thing but more and more of us are refusing things if they are not sustainable in their packaging. So, I and my friends would like it if you could go zero waste so we can try your stuff. Cheers!

Clocked in at 9am clocked out at 10:30pm. I will never come this way again.
