I can only recommend this hospital for blood tests, images and any other tests which require new equipments or machines.

It looks great and new but they should really choose good doctors to work in it!

I can also say that the emergency department is the best department in this hospital. (They are fast and reliable)

Operational pediatrics, kitchen for parents, great games room, spacious and practical bedroom. Lots of gadgets but over time it will run. Convenience store and bank in the hospital.

Also, there was an invasion of acari in my bed (individual room worthy 900 euro per night...), which led to the need to have blankets changed in the middle of the night (they had not been changed in the previous day and a half occupied by me, and I doubt they were really clean before I occupied the room).

I'm sorry to write to you, but I think it is essential to tell you about my mishap in your establishment at DELTA in the pediatrics service.

Unfortunately, following a fractured femur, my son Raheel Ur Rehman was admitted to your hospital from 03/06/2020 to 15/03/2020.

Following the various remarks and feeling of guilt created by the nurses I had to stop all my business I was "forced" to stay 24/24 with my child. For this, when I was not present I left someone in my place for 95% of the time.

I wonder, if the role of nurses is it not to provide psychological help not to stress patients and parents in difficult times and especially to represent the image, the hospital or group for which they work?

I was assigned orders and mockery as if I were in a prison

example: my son does not drink apple juice and after plastering, and following his request, I asked if I can give him a drink and I am told "yes, and the nurse hands me apple juice , I ask him if he doesn't like it Can I give him strawberry juice?

My son has a huge pain threshold, when I brought him back to the hospital with his swollen leg we didn't know it was a broken bone. Because he was not crying or showing enormous pain, I was thinking of an infection. The doctor / nurse in emergency can confirm it !!!

But the 2 elements did not stop giving this feeling of guilt and doubt by telling me throughout the stay that "this is not normal" "do your investigation" "we send the social services"

I had to consult myself with my Council, ONE, social services because I was afraid and I was already in shock and disoriented and was starting to feel guilty!

This hospital is a joke. Especially the emergency room. I arrived at 6pm. After 1h I was took by the first "doctor". I told him that I took a surgery here on Wednesday. During the consultation, he asked me 5 times when. He didn't seem to be aware about my medical file. (In my innocence, I chose to come here hoping they would know the protocol applied for my surgery. Now I think it was more stupidity than innocence. They don't know anything.) After, I was invited out to wait. Maybe for a real doctor. With big pains and impossible to find a position in the wheel chair, finally I entered in the real emergency room at 22.30. Another doctor came, with her hands in the pockets, and listened to my issue. She looked a little bit afraid to come closer, like I would be contagious. She decided to do some blood tests. They were supposed to be ready in 1.5h. After more than 2 hours, I am still waiting, without receiving at list a pain killer. At least I am writing a review. As long as I am still able.... From the pictures you can see another advantage of being patient here. It is very dirty. After another hour after the expected 1.5h, I went to the hall and I asked the doctor about the results. It seems that they thought I left already: )))l. After I expressed my upset, they gave me a pain killer and told me to take appointment to the surger.

1. We are not given any post-operative info.
2. "Volunteers" who bring patients to their room are far from being gentle (whereas after an operation ...)
3. One of the nurses who cared for my father was not a professional MANY times (forget about drugs on his bed, when they were not meant for my father, we do not bring him to drink while there is right, errors in the placement of the probe, an inability to assign morphine ?!)

We recently had 3 operations at Chirec within our family. If the doctors' services are impeccable, the billing service is deplorable. Unjustified supplements, services or names of unknown speakers for which we have asked for explanations or justifications, but to no avail. Never answer our questions: we are referred to a phone number to which we NEVER answer After spending long minutes listening to an answering machine, typing the codes to reach the desired service, and having started this process dozens of times, I am always at the starting point, ie without result.
All these attempts ultimately represent hours of waiting, hours lost, a lot of nervousness, exhaustion and annoyance.
By email, it is just as ineffective: responses sent with ready-made sentences, systematically reproduced to all, without even bothering to read the questions.
Once you've paid, you don't count anymore. We don't care about you.

The hospital is far from operational. I had surgery for varicose veins on Wednesday December 20. Wait an hour at admission, room OK but very dirty windows. Staff generally very posh and unwilling to help. I was taken to a bad operating room, then the staff in a hurry to take me to the right operating theater took off my hospital gown in the corridor where there were at least 15 people. No wheelchair to go out when the journeys are very long and not recommended after having been operated on for varicose veins. The compression stockings were too large (there was not my size). I had very heavy bleeding and returned to the emergency room in the evening. It lasted 3 hours so that finally a student (she was the only nice person in the emergency room) redo my bandages. I only saw the doctor from afar and he was quite unfriendly. The room was freezing but still no cover ... The next day I received a phone call from a nurse who wanted to know if I was fine but she had not opened my file and did not know that I had come to the emergency ... Superb communication !!!

Geriatric service below everything; 2 stays of a very old lady of my family (10 days and 20 days) ended there unfortunately by emergency. The building is very nice and the nursing staff friendly, but there the positive ends; very complicated communication, a service that seems poorly organized, catastrophic on a human level: you are at best a number with a pathology that we are trying to cure; too bad for collateral damage. Astonished to read so many negative reviews while my experience was remarkable efficiency (parietal surgery). Day 1: pre-operative exams, the welcome, kindness and timing were perfect. Following an accident I went to your center this Thursday, August 01, 2019 for first aid. I highly appreciate your staff which is outstanding except for the Mr Cheikh.

Indeed due to a huge pain Mr Sheikh my prescribed 1g of dafalgan and 400mg of ibuprofen. I pointed out that this type of medication did not suit me. What he still prescribed me, and have to double the dosage for a better light. So with my father, Mr. Guy Lambert, when we left, a sharp and violent pain is felt. My father saw this event brought me directly to your service, from where I had a conversation with Mr Cheikc and Mr Lambert guy as a witness, to explain that this type of medication was too easy to effect on me see none. This last one spoke to me directly of morphine whereas my goal was to be able to spend a night more or less thick. Mr Sheikh, and the most outrageous is that this person has no evidence of any listening and a manifest disinterest for 'his patients

hospital is beautiful + clean, but staff is reluctant. They made 3 mistakes while operating, + two nurses / doctors were shouting / arguing during our visit ... very unprofessional. I understand that arguments can arise between colleagues, but that does not have to happen for the customer
