The billing service is deplorable.
We recently had 3 operations at Chirec within our family. If the doctors' services are impeccable, the billing service is deplorable. Unjustified supplements, services or names of unknown speakers for which we have asked for explanations or justifications, but to no avail. Never answer our questions: we are referred to a phone number to which we NEVER answer After spending long minutes listening to an answering machine, typing the codes to reach the desired service, and having started this process dozens of times, I am always at the starting point, ie without result.
All these attempts ultimately represent hours of waiting, hours lost, a lot of nervousness, exhaustion and annoyance.
By email, it is just as ineffective: responses sent with ready-made sentences, systematically reproduced to all, without even bothering to read the questions.
Once you've paid, you don't count anymore. We don't care about you.
Instead of neglecting paying customers, they'd better consider them.
It s really shameful.
