Wow, what a bummer. We were really looking forward...
Wow, what a bummer. We were really looking forward to eating here after all the good reviews but we waited in line before even ordering for 35 minutes with maybe 8 orders ahead of us. Once we got up there we figured out why - 2 people running the kitchen and 2 people making orders total for the Friday night dinner rush. This wasn't really the issue - I completely understand when restaurants are short staffed. The problem stemmed from one of the guys preparing the food, who was casually joking with his coworkers while moving PAINFULLY slow while spreading beans, rice and whatever else on the burrito. Dude, you've got 12 people in line now, you may need to move a little faster than usual.
Unfortunately, when we did get our food, it was nothing to write home about. Fish burrito was good, but I'm a vegetarian and the bean burrito was quite literally unseasoned. The beans tasted like they came straight from the can. I could have made a better burrito at home. Churros were decent too. Hoping for a better experience next time.
