This is a great preschool! My older daughter just graduated this spring from the 4s class and my younger daughter will be attending the 2s class this fall. What sold us in this school was most importantly our teachers! They are absolutely wonderful with our kids and both my daughters have enjoyed being with them. I also love being part of a co-op, where I can be actively involved with my children's education.
Children and Company has been such a great preschool for my son! The teachers and curriculum are top-notch. I continue to be impressed by how wonderful this school has been for our family!

This is a great preschool. The teachers are amazing and I've loved being part of such a supportive school community. My oldest is excited about going to school every day and my younger child can't wait to start this year!
My daughter has attended Children & Co. since the 2's Class and is now graduating soon from the 4's Class. I anticipated a lot of crying and separation anxiety on our first day of the 2's Class, but there was no such thing. She fell in love with the school and teachers immediately! She is more than ready for Kindergarten -socially, academically, and emotionally- and I attribute all that to the fantastic teachers at the school! It is also nice to know that the teachers are Children & Co. alumni whose children have gone through the school as well. They know what it's like to be on the other side and they truly make the kids their top priority. It has been a wonderful cooperative experience for us and I have enjoyed being active and involved with the school and in the classroom. We have made many lasting friendships here and these teachers have set a great precedence for the rest of my daughter's school career.
We have had excellent experiences with Children & Company. The teachers are incredibly professional, while also being warm and nurturing. Our childrens' needs have always been met. The activities are excellent; the perfect mix of pre-academic and social and play. The idea of cooperatively working as part of the school is very appealing. We have felt like our input mattered, and that our contributions to the school community are valuable. Mrs.'s Tracy, Tricia, and Wendy are outstanding!! We are excited to begin the journey again with our youngest.
If I had only known about this earlier I would have sent my kids beginning in the 2's class. Luckily I had a friend/neighbor who convinced me to join the 3's class and we never looked back. The teachers are incredible, energetic and amazing. And not just with the kids. They taught me so much as a parent and always took the time to talk me through something they were working on or when I sought them out for parenting/teaching advice. Each year we gained as a family from attending this cooperative preschool. Our kids still look back fondly on this as their first school and we still drop by when in the neighborhood. We also all made friends that we keep in touch with. Win-win!
After reading a lot of comments on Facebook mom's groups about how great Children and Company is, I added to my list of potential preschools. I then gathered information about all of them, and Children and Company came out as having everything I was looking for. It allows me to be a part of my child's education be being inside his classroom a few times a year, as well as part of a community of parents who really care about their kids. The best part though are the teachers - I'm an experienced educator of 11 years and I can truly say the teachers here are top-notch! They treat the kids how I treat my son with dignity, compassion, encouragement, and healthy boundaries. I highly recommend Children & Company.
Our family loves this preschool! The teachers are amazing. They really do an incredible job of getting to know the kids and helping each child get what they need based their individual abilities and personalities. It's also a great experience to be a part of a co-op with the other families in the preschool. My kids and I really got to know and trust the other parents, and I appreciated the opportunity to get to know my kids' friends. I love that the parents all support each other and each others' children in these extraordinary but sometimes challenging preschool years. And as part of a co-op, I enjoyed being able to help in the classroom and hold a job at the school. I felt it was meaningful to show my children the value of putting real work into something I thought was important -- their school!
