Horrible customer service. Called multiple time no answer, left messages, no return call. When I did finally get someone they were extremely rude and said "well are your going to place an order or not" after I asked for clarification on price. Would spend your money elsewhere.

CRIMINALS. Horrible customer service. Not only did I never receive my order placed THREE MONTHS AGO, I never got a refund, and now none of the phone numbers for the company work and I get an auto response email saying they are going out of business.

Do not deal with these people, they turned my account over to a collection agency, the problem is I don t have an account with them. I made an online purchase back in 2017 and paid with a credit card, have tried for three days to get resolved with them, they don t return phone calls to there credit department or return emails. Collection agency they use is SRA Associates, very aggressive and will give you no information

Very hard to get a call back when there is a problem with the billing

These guys are going out of business. Their attorneys announced via letter earlier this month.
