We went here with our Summer Camp for a field trip and our guides were so helpful! They set a great expectation and were close by to assist us for the entire trip. We took around 30 kids through the museum and had a great time! It's very centered around self-exploration but it's even more fun when the adults get involved! We took the new spy room VERY seriously and had an amazing experience!

This place is awesome! The old one was great as well! There are 3 floors. There is a obstacle playground where you can climb to reach the other floors. It's a bit of a workout. At the top, there's a very nice view. This museum is very interactive and enjoyable fun for both children and parents. There is a nice seating area where you can enjoy eating your packed lunch and snacks. The gift shop is also very cool. The library offers museum passes for free with your library card! It's a neat thing that is available from the library!
I have visited this place with my kids and niece. Comparing to other kids muesuem, this place is average and i wish they could have some cafeteria. My kids were super hungry after played for 3 to 4 hours.
We are from bay area and we're finding some good place for our near to two year old. This is really great place for kids, especially between 1.5 to 5 yrs. They would love it
1. Parking, the garage is great with plenty of parking and it was free for us in the day we went
2. The place is very clean
3. Have a pair of clothes for kids as there are water games or have a rain jacket
4. You have three floors of learning n fun so have some time to spend
5. The staff is very friendly
6. You have to watch your kids but mostly it is safe
Great play area for children! It has a dress up station with castle and a pirate ship. But the water station was the most attractive station for my 3 year old daughter.
My son loves this place. I like that they constantly change up the exhibits, so it's a little different every time we come here.I also appreciate how clean you keep this museum, you'd never know hundreds of kids come here every day. The free parking is also a big plus.
My son had a blast. His favorite was the water play area. I enjoyed the extremely tall climb structure in the middle. You can climb the whole thing and exit to each of the 3 main floors.
It was fairly expensive for what it was honestly. The space was small but what exhibits there where was awesome in contrast. The toddler area is nice but agian small. I have an almost two year old and hoped he would be able to explore more. Defiently for more pre school aged children. The staff was very attentive. Everything including the restroom was spotless. They have a nursing nook that is really nice and cozy.
There's so much to do. The staff are really nice. I've only been as a chaperone for school visits and I don't know who is more tired at the end of the day the kids or the chaperones.
Went to the new location with my family and it was so much fun. There were so many activities, I actually had to leave without finishing it all because my feet were hurting. We were there for hours. This place was definitely worth the money! & lovely staff (:
So much fun for the kids and family:) there is so much to do, with friendly service and a safe atmosphere. I would recommend that if you have children and are in Vegas this is a must stop on the family trip or vacation.
Definitely DONT go right now if you or your children have any kind of medical conditions that would have you be medically exempt from the mask mandate. The States Governor (per the CDC and county s guidelines) the mask mandates are applied to ages 8+, and persons with medical exemptions are the exception. Not here!! Regardless of your child s age, or their medical reasons for not being able to wear a mask you are asked to leave. My friends two year old is asthmatic, and also has a Gtube, and the masks trigger her attacks, she was equipped with a medical exemption from the pediatrician, but they weren t having it, and didn t care to see it. It s super unfortunate seeing as how we loved that place, but any business that s willingly discriminating against persons with medical problems especially young kids doesn t deserve public business. Even more odd that they re making up their own rules when the states mandates are clear that anyone under 8 isn t required a mask. Makes me wonder do they plan to keep mask mandates when the restriction is lifted. If so, they may as well close their doors now. Disappointing.
This is a great children's museum. They periodically rotate exhibits and it is always clean. Can be quite busy in the mornings with school trips but the work around is to arrive after noon. Only negative is the lack of food options. A machine with sandwiches and snacks is available. A mini cafe with some warm options would make this a 5 star rating.
Could be over crowded in some areas. We visited on a Saturday. The kids, 5 and 9, did have fun. Since this is a new facility, some employees could use a bit more training. And the operation could be improved. Don't rely on GPS for direction. You will be directed to promenade Blvd, instead of promenade place.follow the direction on museum website and the signs for city museum along the way.
We had such a blast! I have a 4 year old and a 8 year old and we spent 3 hours without stopping! They had a blast! Highly recommend! Staff was super helpful & kind!
Seems to be geared for much younger kids - 2-8. The kids really liked the water play area and the "tree house" didn't seem too interested in the other exhibits.
This place should have 5 stars. Parking was free. You didn t have to walk far from the garage to the museum. They staff was so nice and friendly to the kids. There is so much for he kids to do. You need like 4-5 hours there. My children s are 2,4, 16. They ALL couldn t stop talking about how much fun they had. Not only that but it was so affordable.
Amazing fun for the whole family, everything is hands on. They have so many more areas this time around. From acting and puppetry on 1st floor to arts and science on top floor. The staff is amazing also.
Such a fun, interactive place for kids of all ages to explore! There is a Toddler Town for younger ones and so many different sections catering more to older kids. Definitely a place for kids to grow up visiting! Some features include a dress up theater, a multi floor playground and a water play area! By the way, Bank of America customers get in free the first weekend every month! Just remember to bring ID (even for kids!) to go along with your BoA card (or else you'll be turned away).
