I can't say enough good things about this company!!!! They are punctual, professional and very caring. We had another nursing company for 2 days and on the third day the company forget us. We called Trinity right away and Chris came immediately to address our needs which had to be attended to by a RN. We were always informed as to who would be visiting us and the time they would be at our home. The stability that came with having two people share the responsiblity of my husband's care was reassuring. Chris and Mary Kate were very knowledgeable and took the time to explain to us about my husband's care. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone in need of home health care!!!

Very disappointing. Negative atmosphere - most employees feel underpaid and complain of lack of support. They don't seem to understand the concept of per diem employees. They will schedule you relentlessly as a per diem and if you complain you'll get the cold shoulder. The office support is vacant. She appears to be the unhappiest person on the earth. Rumor is the primary referral source has dropped off for them so hopefully they will fade into insolvency soon.

I went for an interview , clearly was told " welcome to the trinity homecare team " then morning of orientation I got a call saying that they found someone else " better qualified ". VERY unprofessional.
