Everything is dealt with promptly with professionalism and careful attention to detail. If you are in a position to use them in any capacity either as a tenant or housing provider, I highly suggest doing so.
This seems like a tough business, from the reviews I've read here it seems like people are often upset with things outside of Cherry Creek's control and then rate the company negatively based on that.
My experience with the people that make up the business (Val, Carly, etc.) is always extremely positive and fair. They're professional, kind and make sure that the relationship between contractors and residents is healthy.
They bring multiple solutions to the table and then let us decide what is best for our community. The strata meetings are very well organized and put our interests first.
The current 2.9 rating is deceiving, go say "hi" to the people who run the show and see that they're 5/5 :)
There has been work going on in my complex since I moved in. The contractors that they hired are extremely unprofessionyal. They blare music which is not only disruptive to residents but a worksafe violation as it impedes their ability to hear what s going on around them. I ve been forced to listen to constant cursing and when I asked the contractors to please keep their swearing to a minimum, they responded with sarcasm and rudeness and immediately began swearing again. When I brought it up to the site manager she brushed off their rude behaviour to that s just how contractors act and they are under pressure to get the job done. I was also told to not address any issues to the contractors. When I brought it up to the property manager I was ignored completely. I pay a mortgage for the complex I live in as well as condo fees and expect the people that I pay to act with more courtesy, professionalism and safe work practices than that. All I wanted was a simple apology for the guy being rude and to exercise safe work practices.
I give this company 5 stars! Kristy Moody has given us excellent service. I highly recommend them for your renting needs whether you are looking to Rent or looking for a property manager.

I have a property and was told to deal with Laurie. I have attempted to call her 6 times and reception would not put me through to her. I was told that she was busy and that she would call me back. She never did so I figured that I would go in to their office to see her. Even though she was in the office reception said that she was too busy to meet and she would get her to call me. This has happened 3 times over a 2 week span and she has yet to call me. I have decided to take my business elsewhere.
Cherry Creek has been wonderful to rent from, response time has always been fast, maintenance and repair times are reasonable and they work to accommodate you however you need for moving in and out. It has been a positive , pleasant and pain free experience renting.

Rented a place through them, initially told it was NOT for sale by owner(the entire series of subsequent conversations were a lie,as I've now learned)
Signed a one year lease,went up for sale 3 months later.
The interesting part; The person I dealt with was worried about the condition of the baseboards,holes in the wall,etc...
Yet the house is basically an moldy ice box covered in carefully placed paint.
This isn't how you operate a reputable company with "hundreds" of properties..
This is how you turn outspoken and brutally honest people against you.
I rented from Krista Moody and she was excellent to rent from. She answered to all my maintenance requests quickly, and was always a pleasure to deal with. Very friendly and professional. I would definitely rent from this company again.
